Q-Forms kick panels that are already modified with MDF mounting rings and deadening attached to the back. Doors will be modified to accommodate the new 8" midbass drivers. Watsup guys...I'm coming from 2 JL AUDIO 13w7 to 2 15 FI Q fully Loaded dual 2 ohm voicecoils..Hopefully i made a right choice. Im trying to stay with SQ. I have a 2004 GMC Envoy and wanted a vented box for it... I plan on using it as a daily driver maybe tuned to around 32hz or 33hz.. Trying to hit THREE SIX MAFIA-LATE NIGHT TIP ... The amp i will run is a KICKER 10zx2500.1, AudioControl EPICenter & a clarion 3 way crossover. Also i have a 250 output alternator with the Big 3 done. I'm also using a XS POWER D3100 in the back with a 500amp Isolator/Relay up front. I really want the two subs and port to face up towards my roof, or unless have a better idea, thats just…

so the time has come to start my build log, 02 Monte Carlo SS with 4 15" F.I. BTL N2's with 2 sundown 4500's and the 100.4 for all the mids, 4 infinity kappa 6x9's and 2 6 3/4" kappas in the door powered by Mechman H.O. alt with 5 XS Power 14v batteries,Pioneer AVH-p5200bt and a shit ton of 0 gauge wire ( yes in ky that is an actual measurement) also have the viper 5902 Tear down starts FEB 8th, will keep pictures updated as progress continues. Picked this wagon up last winter for my spring/summer project vehicle The instal will consist of Subwoofers:Two 12inch fi bl's fully loaded daily versions (2010 3inch coil version) Amplifier: will be a Aq 2200d wiring it subs to 10hm load on the amp. Well im getting closer and closer with more boxes arriving at my door. So far i have my... whats up guys... just posting up the start of my box build.. the detentions are 15 x 30 x 30 6 inch slot port around 6.35 cubic ft before port around 4.5 after. the driver is going to be a re audio xxx 12 not sure the model though heres some pics not done yet still need to run sub wire and cut the speaker hole let me know what you think

This is a build for the 8" Bravox PXW subwoofer. The enclosure is 0.7cuft @ 30Hz after displacement. Power is 240watt plate amp. Finished!! What you guys think? I'm running it off a 240w plate amp and IT SOUNDS AMAZING. So clean and smooth. Fills my whole room and even rattles the walls. Did not expect this build to have such a good turn out. After displacement it is .7cuft tuned to 30Hz.

This is my 2006 Buick Rendezvous.... Pioneer 6800 DVD (not pictured yet) Ive got 4 Re Audio SEx 15's in a custom sealed box. The amp is a Rockford Fosgate T30001BD There is two boxes of dynamat extreme so far. I have a DC POWER 270xp alt. Box was made from 1 Inch MDF I didn't build this, a good friend of mine did in his backyard. ENJOY... Tuffguy40 came by and got a good video of my truck in action.

So I had a little build in a s-10 blazer and sold the truck. My new build is my 1991 Mustang convertible not a lot of room in here but once i got rid of the back seats room was not as much a problem. Sorry if some pics are out of focus the camera kind of sucks. got the run of 0 gauge under the driver seat and once the aq 4x90 gets here i can make my bracket to set the aq's on and build a box for my box where the aq is sitting right now. custom bracket made of diamond plate holding the knu 200a fuse knu battery terminal for up to 3 0 gauge wires. Maybe one day! the optima and 0 gauge knu the 5 1/4 alpines the stock location for some 5x7's but i f'ed up and bought 6x9'…

Alright finally i started to do a build log...this is going to be one continuous build log. Right now i am in the process of glassing my passenger A pillar and so far its going better than planned. Picked up some fleece today and a brush heres the first A pillar...this is my first time doing pods so this one turned out quite nice well to me it did heres the mess fleece is SO much easier... heres the amp rack i just finished....40 bucks a sheet of this plexi but i thought it was worth it if anyone is wondering what i am running in my car here it is well more to come on the A pillars tonight

Well this is the start to a slow build first things i got in. Gonna do all electrical first with 2 runs of 1/0 to the back probably one big ass 210ah battery i found in the back on top of a 220+ amp alternator.

Not exactly sure on all the gear yet. I may just do it in several phases. The factory head unit died so I replaced it and now I'm itching to do more. The goals. More volume. Get some bass while using as few watts as possible and not giving up what little space I have in the back for hauling groceries and parts. The gear that I'm sure of, the rest will get sorted out as I go. Slowly but surly this Tahoe will become a basic demo vehicle. I already have 2.5 bulk packs of dynamat in the rear plus some Black Hole 5 in the rear doors.

I just bought a 95 Cadillac Eldorado. It has the factory amplified system in it, so I have to run all new wires, amp, speakers, etc. I'm still trying to decide what i'm going to run in it. So far I'm thinking an Alpine IXA-W404 for the head unit, PXA-H100 eq, a set of focal 165a1 components running active, a dsc480 or dsc4125 to run the front stage, my saz-1500d to run the sub stage and probably 1 15" ported through the back deck or one sealed 18". For electrical, it has a new Interstate 800 cca main battery, I'll put my kinetic HC1400 in the trunk, run 1/0 main power and do the big three in 1/0. Today i cleaned out my trunk and started building the enclosure. I put together the bottom, back and two sides today. I sealed up all the sides with silicon, and im not going to touch the enclosure for about 4 days due to school. In this picture i have sealed up all the sides. In the background is my old sub box my fi bl. This pic shows my port and the enclosure half way done. BOy this is going to look good when i carpet it. I put the enclosure in my trunk before i sealed up the sides, and let me tell you it barely fit. It takes up the whole entire trunk. I sat in the box lol and i fit in it hahah. Well there are many more pics to come.

Ok, so this guy from Calgary ordered up some subs a little over a year ago for his home theatre setup. A little over a month ago, he phones me again telling me they aren't enough. We start sharing info and I find out he was the Canadian car audio champion back in the early 90's. So after a 17+ year hiatus, it just so happens that Big Dave is planning to get back into the car audio scene once again.
