I've been inactive on here, and in my audio, for a while. Picked up something new(to me) and have some plans for this one. I still have the alt and batteries from my tahoe so that will help. I have a dual alt bracket for the singer to sit on so the stock alt can stay pcm controlled and handle the trucks electronics while the singer runs the batteries and amplifiers. 80PRS in the dash, ipad in the console. Had a meh RF build in this 5 or so years ago. Sold the blazer, and trying for a small trunk build. Car is a acura tsx. K24, 6 speed manual. Not fast at all, but a bit fun to drive. Need help on a box design for an hdc4 15 going on a suburban

Been awhile buty I'm still around. Pulled the 4 18's out and sold one 7500. Gonne run these 2 X18's on the other 7500 at .5. in a makeshift 6th order. I hate the the idea of flexing the whole truck like other truck before with this box.. So im gonna wall it at the B-Pillar and use the top section and shell it in and make a loading wall. 370amp Mechman Elite and 2 3400's, will add another 3100 for the back.

I have a sundown scv-4000 amp, wired at one ohm. The sub's are 12" Zv4's sitting in a 4 cubic ft box, tuned at 40hz but loudest at 48hz. I have a 300 amp alternator wired with the big 3. All the wires 1\0 gauge. I have one Xs d3100 battery. Door speakers are 6 " Morels components. Rear deck are 6x9's morel components. Head unit is pioneer DEH-08prs. Vehical is 2002 KIA spectra ls. The KIA has Mojo Mat in the interior and trunk double lined on head liner. The doors are done inside and outer side. The system is hitting 141.1 on the DB's. The amp has been tuned if that makes sense? I have a few pics more to follow.

Starting a new build tomorrow. Going over to frogcase2002's house and we are going to build the box for them inside the trunk of my car. I'll post up some pics of the process and how I like the subs overall. My setup as of now is a single 12 inch zcon d2 running at 1 ohm on a Crescendo bc3500. A singer 250 amp alternator and a sundown sae 50.4 running a set of soundqubed components. Deck is a sony for now not sure of the model number. What's up guys so I started construction and completed my box for 2 12's. Gonna be used for dss ethos 12. Port is 4x20 and box net was 5.99. I used 12volt to see how long I need it for 32hz. It said 27.75 but I rounded up to 28. But I wasn't too sure on how to go about it since it's gonna have 2 bends. I researched it and it sounds super confusing, some saying gotta have the correction part at the end. But I found some that said just measure up the middle so that's what I did to achieve 28" Could you guys she'd some info on if it's correct. If not, could you tell me what frequency I'm at. So far I have my two BL 15s fully loaded (newer versions), JL 0/1 awg, and will be powered by a Crescendo BC3500d. I plan on buying a mechman 240 alt, xs power 3400 for under the hood and 3100 for out back. I'll probably have car tunes build my since they did a great job last time. I'm aware I should be running dual 0/1 for the batteries so I will but what else am I missing or should also do? Currently have 12 awg for the subs, should I go bigger? Also will my battery setup work fine at idle without crazy voltage drop? What about dual amp inputs? Any help and advi…
