my new install will be up this weekend. I've been debating on how to upgrade my monoblock power and my electical system and i came to some costly decisions but I think I'll be happy with them. I will still be using my BTL 15 dual 0.7 fully loaded but in a different enclosure. which is currently complete but I'm waiting to put pics up till saturday because my new toys all come in this week via fedex. New setup::: 15 btl fully loaded wired at 0.5 ohm ( due to impedance rise ) 3.5 cuft enclosure tuned to 35 hz. Mint Autotek Mean Machine 3000.1 wired @ .5 ohm brand new NSB 90 battery in the trunk.

I finally got a new truck. Now I need to get my system in it lol. I jammed some Inffinty reference 61/2 coaxials in the doors today just so I had some tunes. Next the back seats come out and the subs go in. Any one got any ideas on how I can mount my JBL 61/2 component's in the doors without them free airing and not hacking the shit out of the doors? here right some pictures of my truck and gear

hey guys, i purchased a bl 15 a while ago and now im starting to measure my trunk to see how big of box i can fit. i made an exact replica out of cardboard a box thats was a little bigger than 4 cubic feet and 17 inches high. when i tried to put it in my trunk (corolla 98 is the car) the box was rubbing a tiny little bit height wise while it was about 75% in. i was wondering if its possible to make the box 16.5 inches high instead of 17 without sacrificing speaker output. sorry it's a bit complicated to explain!

So i just purchased a 12" fi q and while i wait for it to come in i would like to build the box for it. I want to build a ported box that will give it a real good sound when it pumps but i don't want it to but too large. If anyone has plans of their own or can suggest a site where i can get them for free (or fairly cheap) that would be great.

got a couple of pics from my benz that i am currently trying to get right. i had the door panels made by a custom shop, the box was made there also but it came out of my other car which i am debating on selling. the car actually had a whole system put in by a shop. i eventually got bored and wanted more power plus i wasn't too thrilled with the original install. so i and redid some of the wiring took the box out of my other car bought some other goodies and am now here i am. the rear deck lid i am going to have to do that myself to keep cost down, hell the only reason i had the shop do the first install is i had shoulder surgery, had jus bought the car, and i wanted sound…

The vehicle is a 2008 Kia Sorento LX The enclosure was build by Audible Customs. It's tuned to 32Hz The Subs are SA-12s The wiring is all Knu Kolossus Fleks. NOTE: This is a comparison pic from the 4 gauge I used in my last build. The amp is a SAZ-2000D purchased from the presale. The battery is a Batcap 2000. The box installed... I'm using an Eclipse headunit with nav and ipod. And lastly my bass remote.

hey guys, i am FINALLY getting my mustang back from doing a t5 swap. when i do get it back (hopefully tomorrow ) i am putting a oldschool kicker zr240 amp and a 3.5CF ported box that came with the IA flatlyne 15 i bought. now im still not sure on what to put in the box. the IA 15, or try out one of my solo x's for a few days just for shits and giggles lol. the car has pioneer speakers all around with a pioneer HU.the mustang is not my everyday driver but it will be drivin a lot considering it will be getting rather cold out here soon. the alternator may be the stock one from '73 (the car has a 302 out of a '73 gt) but im not sure so im kind of worried about the output …

I am starting a new kefed enclosure for two Pioneer ts-w3002d4 subs. I am a little unsure of how to calculate the volume of the kerfed or flared port. I have two designs so far but I am unsure of which will be the best.

http://myspacetv.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=...ideoid=27964439 Well this is the quick install I did in my buddies Yukon... only spent about 4-5 hours--including time to build the box... the dancing can is 3/4 full... we noticed it spinning while we were adjusting so I shot a video of it.... don't mind the distortion.. it doesn't sound like that... my cheap digital camera can't handle the pressure.

Was not going for a show quality build the car gets driven from time to time. I have a few more things left to do (secure the box down, run bass remote up front, try cleaning up wiring a lil more). BL 12 fully loaded i followed the box cut sheets over in the Fi forum for a BL. Knu Konceptz 0 awg dual amp kit, Sundown 1200D and 50.4, didnt want to go to crazy or have to alter the car much so i am just running infinity 6x8's, in the stock locations with a pioneer avh-p4200dvd. This is what i wanted so i did alot of research on this forum over the last year so thanks for all the info. Need to do some sound deadening next probably gonna go with some raam mat.

Ok I so I bought this truck a month and ago. It is a 2007 ram quad cab 1500. Basic 17" wheels and base stereo with a powerseat. I bought the 20" wheels and tires that you see on it. The wheels were $325 for the set. I work for a car dealership and got the tires for $500. 275/55/20. My plans are: 1. stereo system 2. lower it 3. cold air intake 4. Just in the mean time take the nerf bars off and all the badges are removed. Oh yeah the system is in my signature but here ya go. Kenwood x998 Hertz energy esk 165.5 comps Hertz deici 130.3 coax rear fill Jl XD500/3 80x2 for the fronts and 300x1 at 2ohms for the subs Jl 10w0v3 svc 4 x2 I also got the HU inst…

A few days ago, I won a pack of damplifier Pro on here. I finally found some time to do a little bit today. Took me about 2 hours just to do this!! I'm going to use more than half for the doors from this pack, then the rest on some trunk areas. Possibly Wednesday is when I'll have a chunk of free time before finals week.

As the title says, i have a 1986 F150 Regular cab. With this modle truck their really isn't really any room behind the bench seat to put a sub with out being on top of the steering wheel, and not cutting a hole in the back of my cab. This is about my 5Th box I have built for my truck. Ok no more talking, on to the build Head Unit: Alpine 9885 ($60 at best buy, on clearence brand new) Subwoofer: 12" shallow mount Pioneer FTW 3.25" mounting depth Amplifier: 1400W hitron bridged at 4 ohms (getting replaced with a sundown 1000d soon) And the truck that all of this is going into Been in the family since brand new, with 131,xxx miles on it, still runs and drive…
