my order has been saying awaiting shipping for 3-4 days now what does that mean as far as when it ships to me?

just wondering where yall ship them from? order shipped yesterday but tracking number still has no info. not complaining its just i live in a back house and all items tend to go to the front house so I need to know when to let them know i have item incoming and since i know its going to be heavy i need to be up there... ...And you sent me a different battery! I got the s3400 instead of the D3400, which is completely fine by me. I'm using the battery as a starter anyway. It is strange though, considering that the S version isn't sold on the SSA store. Thank you SSA for the $150 savings!
