I'm looking through the ssa store and want a 15" SSA XCON but it isnt available. What can I do? Wait?

Got these shipped to my in-law's place in Seattle and were delivered yesterday. The shitty thing is they are here in Vancouver Canada spending the christmas holidays with us and UPS dropped it off their front door without a signature. So being paranoid I made the 4 hour round trip to seattle after i got off work which was 9pm and the whole way down it was pissing rain. I wasn't paying attention when I ordered my sundown subs through the ssa store and picked the wrong voice coil configurations. I have a feeling I'm too late to change my order? didn't see a phone number, wish there was someone to talk to in order to find out if I'm too late. BTW I ordered 3 sundown sa12's in dual 2 ohm but I needed to pick dual 4 and am afraid they will go out to shipping if they havent already!

im just about to order my xs power batts. and when i was finishing up my checkout there an 24 standard shipping which i understand, but there an 50 extra fee for more shipping from ssa

Whats the average build time, or are there any in stock? Im about to order a sub, but dont really want to wait 1.5 weeks to get it.

Wow!! I think the shipping calculator got fed some incorrect information. I was in the process of ordering several decals for my Grand Prix. I had added the SSAudio windshield banner, the Evil inside and speaker nerd decals all without any issues. Then I added the "Let the bass drop" decal and the shipping came back at over $21 for that one decal. I'm not any sort of expert in anything but something tells me that something is a little off to be charging that much for a 5" x 5" vinyl sticker. Unless maybe it's an entire case of them or something, and if that was the situation I'd gladly pay it, lol. So, right, wrong? Something's fishy, right?

Ordered some 10" DCONS a few days ago and noticed on the info page in the store about "DCON 8D4 Coming Soon" Can you (Mark or Aaron) comment on what this is about? Similar specs to the current DCONS. Have not seens any info here on the forum about these so not sure if this is a dead end or if the store is actually waiting for them.

Tried e-mailing and posting about my VVX12 with no response yet... Had it for a month and the center of the cone is coming unglued... The sub itself still plays fine, the only kind of sound distortion is where air is coming through the crack... The sub has not been abused at all, and i've been told by many how durable SKAR subs are... Just trying to find out what can be done for a replacement or swap. And if this is a regular occurrence than maybe switching to a different sub?... My email is [email protected]
