Order #3302 Hello, I can't find a phone number to call... I left a "contact" message through your website but I figured you guys would probably be watching this forum more frequently. I purchased a 50 foot spool of 0ga XSFlex wire. I received my package today and it contained 50 feet of 0ga XPFlex wire. It cost me more than that wire is worth to ship it and pay duties on it. I have purchased an 18" mayhem off you guys before and had no issues. If you have a phone number I could call I would be glad to talk to you. Thanks, Alex H.

Order #3273 has said awaiting shipment for awhile what does this mean?

A friend of mine sold his Soundstream XXX recently (he did not like it !) and now wants a Mayhem. But he wants to know if there are any delay. I know Fi can take some times to deliver(months !). He could make another choice but we need this info first : how long before shipping for an AA Mayhem ? And then what other woofers do you have available ? Any Incriminator, or Sundown Z ?

I'm in need of a Medium shirt, all I see are 3x I'm a pretty small dude lol. Also I need a Recone for my ZCON 18.. Playing music off of my SD card last song played on the folder went to the next one.. which happened to be a 21hz sine wave full blast .. still plays fine but there is a rattling sound.. not the dustcap either.. took it apart and the joint mounts to the cone is shredded and the spider pack is separated.. shows what 5k at 21hz will do to your subs. In need of them both desperately! Don't ask why I have a 21hz sinewave.. because I don't know.. came in a CD I bought.

I ordered an SA-12 about 4 days ago, and it still says waiting fulfillment. When do they usually ship?

Got these shipped to my in-law's place in Seattle and were delivered yesterday. The shitty thing is they are here in Vancouver Canada spending the christmas holidays with us and UPS dropped it off their front door without a signature. So being paranoid I made the 4 hour round trip to seattle after i got off work which was 9pm and the whole way down it was pissing rain. ...And you sent me a different battery! I got the s3400 instead of the D3400, which is completely fine by me. I'm using the battery as a starter anyway. It is strange though, considering that the S version isn't sold on the SSA store. Thank you SSA for the $150 savings!

I wasn't paying attention when I ordered my sundown subs through the ssa store and picked the wrong voice coil configurations. I have a feeling I'm too late to change my order? didn't see a phone number, wish there was someone to talk to in order to find out if I'm too late. BTW I ordered 3 sundown sa12's in dual 2 ohm but I needed to pick dual 4 and am afraid they will go out to shipping if they havent already!

i placed my order, got a tracking number but when i clicked the tracking to see when it would get here i get this message "The sender has voided the UPS tracking number created for this shipment. UPS does not have possession of this shipment." and then the next day i get an email saying the sender canceled the shipping
