I bought some mids off the SSA store and it says my item was shipped yesterday, but I don't have a tracking number or anything. I looked in my e-mail and it says "Your Item will be shipped by: Free Shipping"

I placed an order for an XCON 10" recone on August 4th. I originally bought the driver from SSA so I'm well aquatinted with the waiting game, but I haven't heard anything yet. I left a message 2 weeks ago and haven't gotten a reply. Is everything okay at the build house? Can I get some kind of ETA? Love you guys and thanks.

People have been asking us about them for a while and now we have them in stock as of a matter of 18 hours ago. We set the price nice and low so to take any hesitation away from someone wanting to try them out. Mach5Audio MLI-65's link. They did very well in the Zaph audio test and kicked butt for their price range.

Order #3302 Hello, I can't find a phone number to call... I left a "contact" message through your website but I figured you guys would probably be watching this forum more frequently. I purchased a 50 foot spool of 0ga XSFlex wire. I received my package today and it contained 50 feet of 0ga XPFlex wire. It cost me more than that wire is worth to ship it and pay duties on it. I have purchased an 18" mayhem off you guys before and had no issues. If you have a phone number I could call I would be glad to talk to you. Thanks, Alex H.

Hi there ssa, I would like to know if I had 2 ssa xcon motors & purchased 2 recone kits with 2 12" baskets what would the total cost be including shipping & everything. Do I just buy everything in the store & wait for the shipping info to send them in? What would the wait time be if I were to send in the motors to have them built up & reconed into subs.
