Hello, I recently placed my order #10622 which consisted of one (1) Sundown X12 Dual 2 ohm woofer. I've had some thoughts and have come to realize I wish I would have ordered the Zv4 instead. My order got shipped out last week and is supposed to be here on Monday August 17th. How can I handle this situation properly to be able to get a Zv4 instead of an X12? Do I have to ship it back? Can I tell FedEX to hold it at the current location and ship it back, get a store credit and immediately purchase the Zv4? I messed up, and I realize it's probably going to cost me more then if I had just ordered the Zv4 in the first place. I should have waited longer but I think t…

I've been phoning everyday since Monday (except Tuesday) and attempting to start a chat regarding my order. Left 2 or 3 messages and still have not gotten a hold of anyone. I have a question regarding my order and no one has been able to help me in almost four days now. I've read tons of positive reviews regarding SSA, hell I even joined the forums now. I'm so tired of ssa store.. I ordered my amp June 4th. The amp came with no extra box and the amp was left in the rain by ups. I have been fighting with these ssa a s s holes for almost two months about getting a new amp. They don't answer emails or phone calls. All they care about is sales. I recently tried to place an order and have something shipped here to my APO address (ZIP:09123). I was unable to complete my order and received this message "Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address." Does SSA not ship to APO addresses? Thank you!

Hi I ordered an xp2000 about a week ago. It shipped a few days ago however the tracking number still isn't working. I know usually it takes a while for it to start working but usually it doesn't take a few days. Was wondering if the tracking number was wrong or something. Thanks
