Hi I ordered a sundown x18 Nov 29 and it said it would take two business days to ship and it's coming up on two weeks and is still awaiting shipment any idea on when it will be or what's holding it back?

Hello, I want to take advantage of the IA sale, but I don't know how long does it take to receive items with Bongo. Who has ever use them ? I tried them for a Fi recone but I'm still waiting for their shipping quote. They have just received my package from Fi. I have no problem for a kit, but an amplifier is heavier and fragile ! I'd like some feedback on Bongo, from ssa customers. I loved it when they were using Fedex, by plane: safe and fast. It's frustrating for foreign customers. But this sale seems to be available only on the ssa store, so, I have no choice...

Its been a few days since I was told my woofer I ordered wasnt going to be in stock, Order #917Somebody asked me if I'd like to change it and I said yes and told them what I wanted but no response, I think thats not okay to not recieve a response for that long. Ordered awhile ago. It says arrival was September 30th. Wondering why it says pending. Figured it would have atleast been shipped by now.
