I've placed an order on 2 dcons about a month ago and when they arrived I found only 1 sub in the box. I called UPS, and they say that the shipper (ssa) short shipped them. I emailed SSA and they said the sub was probably seperated during the shipping process and to wait a day or so. Waited 3 days with nothing shipped. So I emailed back asking if they can look into it more but Its been about a week without an answer.

Got these shipped to my in-law's place in Seattle and were delivered yesterday. The shitty thing is they are here in Vancouver Canada spending the christmas holidays with us and UPS dropped it off their front door without a signature. So being paranoid I made the 4 hour round trip to seattle after i got off work which was 9pm and the whole way down it was pissing rain. Well this is odd. My parents called me from back home to tell me my package from SSA came some time last week; only I haven't ordered anything. A 15" DCON was sent to me at my address and I didn't order it. I went to the order status for my account to see if someone had hacked my account and ordered one and... sent it to my house?? But that wasn't the case. Order #5455 and order #5182 were indeed for 15" DCON's, but I've already received them a long time ago. Aaron, what the heck do you want me to do with this?! My old man opened it up and there was nothing on the inside of the top of the box (i was hoping for a receipt to be there). Thanks!

Ok - my girlfriend bought me two ascendant audio Arsenal's for christmas. I'd love to have them but my amp is only 600rms and i'd need a new box... She meant to buy me the Assassins's as a direct replacement for my Atlas's. However; she just assumed since the Aresenals' were more expensive then they were what i would want... I've looked everywhere for a number, i need to get in touch with SSA. I've sent a customer service e-mail, but e-mail is usually slow. Does anyone know the customer service number so i can get in touch with SSA and cancel my order?

I placed an order for a mayhem 12 and I have been trying to call for the past two days. I have not gotten a response through email or call, is there certain days where customer service is open?

As the title says, do you have the sundown Neopro 8" in stock ? (the 8 Ohm speakers). A friend of mine wants a set or two, but we want to know if they are available before we oder anything. Let me know, please.

For real first i get lied to when i ordered my subs they were in stock next day i check my order and it's back ordered till March 31st ok i can wait two weeks then back ordered again till April 28th ok lil heated then that day comes and still not shipped then they have no answers for me on why and a two day shipping turned into 4 days and the subs are too big for my box for 12's and Aaron was nothing but rude in my emails not very professional if u ask me so all i got to say is FUCK SSA and Aaron marks nice and helpful but FUCK YOU AARON you arrogant prick!!!!!
