What do you guys think of this amp. I also have heard some good things about the nine 1. How are these two amps. I am looking for something to power either a tc2000, rl-p or oz matrix elite single sealed 15. I have heard these where both all around solid amps. im sure the SS is better, but for a little more or around the same, i can get the 4 power acoustik a3000db's. anyone mess with these? what kinda power do they do? its either 4 of those or 1 ss xxx10000. theres no way im gonna get 10k w outta it though becuase thats at 16v. im gonna be running 1 300a alt and most likely 4 odessey pc1700s. more if needed... opinions? or possibly hifonics maybe? how are the new model hifonics(the ones that are black) i remeber hearing lots of problems about the old ones like the bx1000d's that they would break... help a fellow out VJ

What do you use to islolate the front & rear battery??? ...should I use a battery isolator; or, will a high power relay work ok?

I know Audison is a "good" name; can anybody say anything bad about them?

has anyone played with one of these? im getting one as soon as i get my money back for my orion d5000...what kinda electrical system will i need to support this 10k watt beast? so far i have my 2 odyssey pc1700s, prally gonna get 2 more of those. gonna get a 300a alt, do the big 3. anything else? my starter batt will be my red top... what kinda voltage do they need to do their rated 10kwrms @ 1 ohm? each mt will be getting about 2500w rms or so... now i need to find some soundstream amps for all my midrange and tweets LOL VJ

ok first off, i know how you guys are lol, so please dont flame me. i need help with what crossovers to get/should i just get custom ones? now, this is what i currently have: 8 eminence apt80 tweeters, 6 eminence 6.5" midrange, and 2 eminence 6.5" midbass. i didnt realize it would be easier to set up the crossovers if i had the same number of midrange and tweets. so im gonna get 2 more 6.5" midrange, and mount them in the wall behind me. the other 6 will be in the front doors, 3 per side. there will be 4 tweets per side. and the 2 midbass will be in the kicks. now. this guy i was talking with said to run 2 seperate amps. one for the midbass, and one for the midrange/tweet…

Ok, so ive had my 8053 for about two months now and I am completely in love. so in love, I was telling my girlfriend the other night that if my truck ever caught on fire I would actually take the 8053 out before saving anything else...lol I wanna add XM to the truck, no need to try to get me to pick sirius they dont have Baseball. Say you have 1 amp with or without an internal crossover that you intend to use for a set of components with an external passive crossover. Is it necessary to utliize the amp internal crossover or another external crossover in addition to the component crossover? OR is it enough to filter out the low frequencies with only the passive component crossover? Thanks for input

Soo what is a good idle amperage for the alternator to have? I've been doin alot of searchin and research, but never really found the answer to this question. I've seen 200a alts that only put out 60-100a at idle. I've also seen 200a alts that put out 100+ at idle. what is a good rating? i know u can get a smaller pulley to make the alt spin faster.\ Just curious because i see a 200a alt i like for 179$ and it does 95a at idle. thats more than i have now cuz i ony have a 95a alt, lol P.s. My transmission went out, secong one in there, plus a new engine. But the alt on a town car and navigator are the same so no worries

The one I was looking at (9856) doesnt have a remote and well, thats pretty much it. Also, the display kind of sucked. I've had my koda 8's and ID cx62's sitting around for god knows how long. There is someone over at CA.com selling this amp http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=171515 for 185 shipped. That's a really really good price for the power it puts out. Is there something wrong with MB quart? Why isn't anyone really showing interest? I just want to know b/c I'm about to pm him about picking it up but need to know what I'm about to purchase. I just want to put 150 to the kodas and maybe 100 to the ID's. Tell me what you think

Im just wondering what one of these runs for new. I found out that one of the local shops is a dealer. Before i go walking in there to fart on their knowledge like is my monthly ritual i'd like to know what these run for. Depending i may bite it and buy one assumeing it has the pause feature. I like the look of the CD3434 but i like the plain/almost stock look MUCH better.

I lost my license for 12months er, speed racer me. Any how i have... IVA-W200... 500/1 jl amp.. wiring... subs (i can uninstall those) my question is this with the deck cant i just take off the dash, take out the fixture and unhook the harness and im done? or what am i missing with the amp and wiring just un hook it from the battery and remove right? I just dont want to damage anything please guide me.

throw out some budget amps thatll do around 2500w rms @ 1 ohm daily, will run @ .5 or whatever if its stable daily...its for my 15" mts...i have 4. i know the power acoustik a3000db is rated at 2300w and doesnt even do that, but i heard they are .7 ohm stable daily, does anyone know what these amps are capable of? hifonics? help!

Is it possible to hook up an alpine h701 to an eclipse 8053 say, through the aux input? Or anyway for that matter. I love my 8053 and really don't want to part with it if it's possible. At the same time though, I want an EQ at my finger tips via the h701 and c701. If I could hook that combo up to my 8053 and it work it'd be all good. thoughts?

Is it ok to run the voice coils of the woofer to each channel on a 2 channel amp for a 2ohmx2 dvc woofer. I have my amp bridged. I have the woofer wired in parallel. but my amp is not 1 ohm stable, and a friend told me to do this. will there be any problems if i do this. please help

I recently installed an Eclipse CD-8445. It's been great, however I have not had much success using E-ISERV. I have not been able to transfer AreaShot files or Audio settings to my HU via CD or Memorystick. I have been able to transfer Motion Picture files however. Whenever I try to transfer AreaShot or Audio settings, I receive a "file err" message. I've tried upgrading the firmware...but that has never been done successfully either. Any help is appreciated.

I finally installed my Eclise CD-8445 and I'm loving it. However, I don't quite understand how the parametric equalizer works. It's a 7 band eq, I can change the gain of each frequency range...I get that much. How do I know what frequency to set each "section" of the eq to? Each section has three frequencies to choose from and I don't know what to select. On a side note...anyone know how to fade the sound to the front? Can't seem to find a way with the Advanced/Pro mode on. Thanks in advance
