I don't know what to choose for my 07 yaris sedan soundstream LOS 6.5 component $235 Soundstream Xtream Component $188 Focal Access 1 component $224 Focal Polyglass Coax $217 if i go for focal should i go for the acess component or the polyglass coax because these two have the same price. Anyone heard the soundstream before?

Hey all.I know im going to get hammered with "your a noob" and crap like that but I need to know something.Im pretty limited on space in the trunk of my 2001 galant.I need room for a box,batteries,ect and im trying to figure out which route i need to go.Right now I have sitting in my backseat 2 15" american bass xfl subs.I want to get a box built for them for my trunk but everyone on here and elsewhere seems to think the box would be to small for them.SO, I am wondering if I could get a single 15" Fi BTL N3 and get a box built to specs for the sub and be as loud as the 2 american bass xfls in a small box. OK guys I need your expertise and experience. I have been looking into these and I have been hearing completely differnt opinions. So what I'd like to know is... -How is the SQ? (I know the SPL pounds) -How big of a box have you guys been using?(ive heard that they need a bigger box than reccomended on the site) How many watts have you guys been runnin to them? You all helped me to design my box for the magnum to go in my reg cab s10. While im savin up money im still exploring my options and for abt the same price i was i could go these two directions..... -2 re se 12s getting 600 watts a piece (dunno which amp yet) with 1.0 cubes a piece before displacement OR -a single 12" magnum d2 in a 2.65^3 box before displacements tuned to 28hz using two 4"x40.5" aero ports powered by a jl 500/1 now, I was just wondering you guys' overall opinion btwn the two any and all comments/suggestions/help would be appreciated! Hello guys, how's it going? I've been banging with my DCON 12s for a while now and am thinking of stepping up my bass output. I have the DCON's in 1.75 cubes each tuned to 33hz (that's about what I could fit). For what it's worth they have served me pretty well and I've been told my many people they pound. I have them powered by a RF T500. What I'm considering is either 1 Xcon 12 ported or 1 Xcon15 sealed or 2 Sundown SA-12's in an enclosure around the same size I currently have. Either would be powered by a Sundown SAZ-1500D V.2.

For those of you that have owned both pair OR heard both pair in a similar environment please comment on which you prefer and why? I am in the market for a nice set for components, and I am being torn between several sets. A new set just came up... Seas. I had never heard of them before, and someone told me they are the best sounding speaker for the money. I am looking for some high quality, high efficiency, 2 ohm 6 1/2 components for my GTO. They will be running off of a US Amps USA-4300x. Sound quality is most important with output being a very very close second (hence wanting 2 ohms and high efficiency). So, any suggestions for high quality (in sound and build), high output 6 1/2's? Price cut-off is < $500

Hello What do you guys think about the Soundstream(T4) 10" 12" 15"?

alright guys so i was pretty much set on 4 sa-10's in the trunk of my civic for my next project i want to do...until i came across the AA arsenal. I see that the arsenal works well in a smidge smaller ported enclosure which is good and also i see that the arsenal has a sensitivity of about 85db 1w/1w and the sa-10 is around 81 i believe. Not too sure how big of a difference that would be but on paper it looks pretty good haha. So my question to you all that may have had one of these or installed any is what do you think of the AA arsenal? Is it more of a sq subwoofer or is it more of a spl sub. Ever since I popped my xcon I have been running a pair of JL 10W3 sealed. It's no flexing setup, but I have gotten them to blend pretty well with my front stage and it is highly enjoyable. I am contemplating replacing the useless tape deck/cd storage center console on my '02 tahoe with a SD-2 8 to take over for the JLs so I have the room in the rear for something bigger to shake things up when I want to. I'd have a switch to either sub amp to turn them on independently. I'm pretty eclectic in my music and bass level choices from day to day. what is the cutout diamater for the sub, and what would be the cutout diamater for the 2nd baffle if i wanted to have the flush mount going on. i was originally gonna do 3.5 cubes ported, but i would need to do a build in for that, and with no heat in the garage, i am not gonna do it till sping. so i ended up going chosing to go 2.5 cubes sealed.

I need help guys. So I bought 2 Fi BL's a couple of months ago and I've gone through 2 hifonics brutus amps. I am currently waiting on a sundown saz3500 that I just ordered. The problem I'm having is the speakers are .7 ohms per coil. How should I wire them to the amp. I dont want to blow another amp. GUYS I am in need of some help please.

I need a little advice. I recently sold a sub on Craigslist. Icon 12 D2. It has literally sat in my garage for over a year. When I tested the coils back in May of 2014 I got a solid 1.8 on each side. I haven't played the sub once since. The new owner tested the coils at 2.4. When wired at 1ohm he's getting 1.8. Can anyone help US understand what's going on? Is it something to worry about? Can a sub sitting do this to the coils?

I have 2 15" Xcons with a Sundown 3000 with a 1400kinetik in the back. So I let my little brother take the car out to get some food, and he comes back and says, "Your bass is not on...". He knows better than to abuse my system so I go take a look. Seems like he took a sharp turn because the power wire was just barely in. So I decided to clean up the look of the wires and replaced the speaker wire making it shorter, and reconnecting the power wire. I then went for a spin and everything was sound great again... A single 12 setup would be the best option spacewise in my trunk and help me achieve the goal of LSQ....lol. As you might be able to tell from the title I am looking for a pair of really good sq 6.5 comps. I've had MB Q "Q" series (terribly dissapointed) and a few other not so great coax's and cheaper separates. I've heard the JL XR series in my friends car as well as demo rooms and they seem hard to beat at that price but if the ZR's are far better I'll just buck up the $ and do it. Just heard lots of separates from Focal anywhere from 300-850 and I wasn't all that impressed. I liked the one's for 850 (165 K2P's) but I just didn't think they justified the cost.
