first things first, should i order directly from the company or get the subs from a store. So what ive been looking at Ascendant Audio-Mayhem 18, Smd 18, and havoc 18 Fi-BTL 18 Rockford fosgate- Power 12 or 15, punch15 Then for amps i am looking at Soundstream-XXX, Refernce Rockford fosgate-Prime500-1, Punch400-1 I also dunno what are good amps, i alrdy have 10' pioneer subs in the car, and i have a 2005 toyota 4 runner Thanks Sam

I would like to purchase (2) Digital Designs 9512g's. The local dealers here do not carry DD and I cannot find anywhere online to purchase these subs. Would someone please point me in the right direction?

I recently burnt one of the leads on my sub. is soldering the wires back together the best way to fix it? if not what is the best way?

OK, so as some of ya know, Johnny Avarado is no longer with Powerbass. Johnny was the guy with the hookup for recones. Today I tried to get some XSD1 recones, & they said they knew they had the version 2 D2's no D1's , but will call me back if they can find any Version1 D1's. Also, they have recones for the ES subs, but they don't have any for the ES Double stack line......so I say, if you all compete with the powerbass subs, order up some recones NOW, weather you need them or not, otherwise you may not be able to get them. What design is better a 4th order ported box or a 4th order passive radiator box with a one to one ratio (passive to active). The radiator seems to have so many more advantages... so why does everyone have ported boxes?? looking for some ideas and opinions on this, might redo my box soon.

Whats up guys. Ive been trying to build a box for my (yet to arrive) 18" Ascendant Audio Chaos but it isn't really turning out how i would like it. You guys must have some tricks/ideas that i just dont know about yet (ive only built L-Ported boxes)! I'm trying to get this box as big as possible with the small dimensions i have to work with. I dont know about the tuning frequency, i've been happy with 33hz in previous setups, but i dont know, what do you recommend? I listen to rap music. is there a bid difference. how do the compare in quality and loudness. which one would be better. the audioque are 139 and the ssd 179. any other subs within that price range that are loud?

Well I have my sub and everything with that taken care of and now im to the door speakers. i want a set of 2 way components but am kind of in the dark as to what to get and what to power them with. Im a just outa HS so i dont have alota money but i can always come up with it. I guess in the end is what can i get thats ganna give me the best bang for my buck?

i have 2 morel dms-29 1-1/8 tweeters. what would be the difference in sound if i used a capacitor instead of running the speakers thru a crossover? does it affect the power it receives?

OK So I have a 2000 Dodge ram Standard cab, I had 2 polk audio 12s in it 1 cu sealed per woofer. They are gone now. I am trying to decide if I want to go with 1 12 in center console area, 2 8's behind the seat s or 1-2 10s. I play a wide variety of music. I want it to pound when i want it to and sound clean when I need it to. With the truck being a std cab sucks for space. I am going to run a massive audio Nano N2 800 rms amp. I dont mind taking out the center console to replace it with a box but if I can get away with putting something behind the seats and the console then would be better all around. I have a 2003 Saab 9-3 and it come with the factory 7 Speakers. These speakers are 3 3.5in on the Dash (left, center, and right). I have 6.75 in the front doors and 4in in the rear deck. I am looking at a few different brands and was wondering if you could help me out. Even more so i am looking at possibly using 2 different brands. I am looking at a Focal Access 3 way component system and i would like to place all these components into the front door. Well, after about 2 months of my 12" SI Magnum sitting in a box in the corner of the living room, i got around to building a box and getting it in the car. This sub is replacing my 3 10" Orion XTR's in a 3.1 ft^3 sealed box, some pretty big shoes to fill. The box about 1.3 ft^3 net, sealed, and stuffed about 50% with a mix of fiberglass insulation and cotton stuffing. The amp is an Orion XTRPRO 1000, running at 1 ohm for a full 1k output. I recently bought a 2010 GMC Sierra Crew Cab My situation: Ive already installed an Alpine IVE-535HD DVD receiver, 2 sets of Kicker RS Components, a Kicker IX500.4 amp. I have a Sundown 1200 mono amp that has been installed also and will be building an enclosure and buying subs next weekend. My issue is I am torn on what config to go with...
