Cant be deeper than 7" and the magnet diameter cant be bigger than 6.75" Must be a 12" And Ive already got the box and paid for it so it HAS to meet these standards Its a downfire box under the seat of my crew cab silverado Running an Sundown 1200 v2

Can you guys give me some recomendations for good component sets(2 way)/amp combination? I am looking to spend around $600.

What do you guys think about jbl component speakers? I been reading up on different brands and all the reviews that I read, I have yet to read a negative review

i know this isn't really the sight for marine audio, but i got sooooo much help from the forums here about car audio. i recently put a 18" fi btl sub in my jeep. I have a brand new mb sports wakeboarding boat, and the stock system it has is weak! i want to replace the stock speakers, head unit, and put tower speakers, and at least 1 12" sub in the boat. i don't know anything about marine audio though, i need to know good brands out there, install tips, and pretty much everything there is to know about installing boat systems. so if any of you know a thing or two, or could point me in the right direction, it would be AWESOME!!! thanks! Hey guys! so its time to get around to finishing up my car in at least short terms. And i've got Big 3 to do, dampening (it never ends), and a new front stage. What would you guys recommend for a front stage? Lemme give you guys the set-up/etc i'm looking currently for a so-so good sounding driver. I'm in a way looking for stuff to keep up with my sub and not be overpowered. So just a good sounding driver for my price range. Currently own 1 Fi BL 15 and I have been looking into competing. I have been doing some reading and a common limitation for the lowest power class in USACI, (1-600watts at 4 ohms? best I could find: stock 1, street beat 1, etc.) is one 12", two 10" or 3 8". ive been lookin into buyin sum subs, and ive been lookin at a 15" Fi BL with a kicker zx1500.1 amp (maybe an 18") or i was also lookin at getting 2 12" kicker cvx with the kicker zx1500.1 im lookin to get loud with decent sound quallity which set up is better overall, and which will most likly get louder when put in the correct enclosure thanks

I am thinking about finishing up my system with a new sub setup. I have moved from the overpowering bass to appreciating all the ranges of music. Right now i have a 12" SSD copper coil sealed. It sounds great but am wondering what other choices I could get for greater SQ and that could get lower. Would stepping up to a 15" sealed Q or Icon dig lower and sound better? Playing with a 1000rms. I want the sub to compliment and add that lower depth. Mids are Sea Excel's with Sea tweeters.

Someone local to me has an enclosure for sale with 2 ten inch oz audio subwoofers in it. They are a red cone with yellow writing in them. Does anyone know anything about them? I can't seem to find anything. All I can get is info on the matrix elite, power, vector(purple), and old superman logo sub's. Thanks in advance for any help.

I've got a 2000 Dodge Dakota Club Cab. I was wondering if anyone has any idea how much air space I can get under the rear seats? I don't have a problem ripping out the jack holder, storage tray, etc, but I really don't want to do any kind of modifications such as lifting the seats and such. I did find a Q-Logic enclosure for a single 8" sub that is .35 cubic feet. I know that MTX makes Thunderforms (or whatever they are called now) that hold 2 10's, but I'm having trouble finding what kind of airspace they run. These were just for references. ok so i've currently got a single RF power HX2 15 on a saz1500. problem #1 its got a blown coil, problem #2 its currently in a sealed box im pretty sure is to damn small. the reason for the small sealed is i had to work with the wood i had layin around to make it fit so i could use my back seat. previous box was 4ft^3 ported tuned at 33hz. now im almost certain i dont have room back there for 4 cubes ported if i reconed the sub with upgraded coil and suspension. so im asking you guys for suggestions on a setup that will get loud, low, and move some air while sounding good in the cargo area of the 93 mustang. still plan on using the saz1500. been looking at and liking the …

So I have a 15" fi Q with a 1500 watt clarion amp in my accord, but im looking to trade in the q for something else. I can not afford a new amp, or any electronics upgrades, so 1500 @ 1 ohm is my max power. Im tired of the q because i have almost no trunk space right now and it makes grocery shopping for 3 or 4 people kind of difficult. Im not sure if it would sound good in a 3^3 ish box but FI says it can be from 2.8-4, but something new is always fun so ill probably switch out. I purchased a pair back in '08 and used them for about 6 months or so and then took the box out of under my seat to make room for a hunting trip and never put it back. Going to sell them but can not remember nor find the specs on them. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

So I run 2 Pioneer TS-W3002SPL's and now one sub has a horrible mechanical noise at low Hz Cycles and overall chopped and screwed music. I know i fucked it up but is there any specific reason why my sub is broken. They are 1000 RMS subs and I was running them at 300 RMS off a Sundown SAE-1200d at 2 Ohms so the only reason could be massive clipping. One of the subs is still fine though and I don't want to ruin that one as well. What happened and is there any way to fix what I did?

Hey guys, pretty new to this forum. I currently run a boston acoustic G512-44 off of a rockford p1000-1bd amp. It is in a sealed box and sound really good. I gets pretty loud, ok for my ears anyways, 120-130. But anyways, I was thinking about getting two Mach 5 IXL-10 BR woofers. My goal of this upgrade is to have the same great sound just add a little more oomph once in a while. I do not usually crank it all the time, but when I'm in the mood, I would like a more output. I listen to Rock/Rap almost all of the time, with some classic rock and R&B sometimes. Not sure whether I would go ported or sealed. (ported with the BR series of course) Has anyone used the IXL…

I have a RF T500-1bd and I want to try one of these pairs of 10s ported. My girlfriend bought my sealed dcon 12s off me for a great price! Please correct me if I'm wrong, the size of a ported enclosure determines how efficient it will be? I'm going to throw of one these in 1.5 cubes each chamber tuned to 33hz - 34hz. If you've had experience with either of these subs I'de love your input. Is anyone able to tell which of these would be louder? This is the last time I'm going to ask this, I'm either choosing one or the other due to which ever gets more votes.
