If you have 750 to spend on subs what would you get?

So I have everything but my subs and I'm killing myself trying to decide on subs! I have an Arc 2300se for sub duty, birth sheet says 1400w bridged @ 4ohms. So I'm looking for two 12s, sealed for space issues, separate sealed boxes that is. 700 watts a piece with SQ being a priority, some Xmax for output maybe, as I do like my bass and want to be able to flex my muscles. Full legatia se 3 way front stage to blend with.

So, lately Ive been asking a lot of questions about subs that I've been interested in. I've narrowed down the subs to just two choices 2 Sundown SA-12s or 2 Fi SSD 12s. After purchasing the subs I plan to build a ported enclosure and purchase an amp. I want loud subs with deep bass. Tell me which subs you would go with and why. Also if you'd have experience with either subs. Also would like to purchase an amp under 300$ that's 1200-2000 watts any suggestions. Thanks.

I have a 1996 Taurus and I am limited on trunk space. I dont think I will be able to fit 2 Maw-15's in a 6cuft^3 enclosure in my trunk. So I was wondering what sounded better.... 2 Maw-15's in a Sealed Enclosure or 2 Maw-12's in a Ported Enclosure. Thanks in Advance ~MadroX

18 dd9500 fully loaded 18 atomic apxx 18 fi btl fully loaded 18 tc lms ultra or possibly the 18 dd z series what would pound the loudest daily with good deep lows and handle a lot of power too

Currently I have cheap crappy Duals from best buy and am looking to upgrade. I am looking for SPL, but SQ is very important as well since it's a daily driver. THey have to be able to take a beating and handle extreme weather as well (both cold and hot). In my search I've found a lot and would like some opinions. I've been looking at stuff like the FI BL, RE MX, and Audioque HDC3. Other people have recommended DC audio as well as T3. Basically I'm looking for a quality sub that's not too expensive, that gets VERY loud while still retaining good SQ. It seems like there is a lot of good subs out there. ive been lookin into buyin sum subs, and ive been lookin at a 15" Fi BL with a kicker zx1500.1 amp (maybe an 18") or i was also lookin at getting 2 12" kicker cvx with the kicker zx1500.1 im lookin to get loud with decent sound quallity which set up is better overall, and which will most likly get louder when put in the correct enclosure thanks

I'm currently in the process of upgrading my subwoofers. Currently I have two Diamond audio 15inch d3 in a ported prefab box powered by Mmats pro audio d2000.1, I have the Diamond audio d672 component sets in the front and diamond d6 coaxiles in the back powered by diamond audio d3 500.4 amplifier. I love the d3 subs but need something more powerful. I would like four 15s and I dont want to spend more then 350 per sub. I'm picking between ssa icons, fi q, ascendant audio havocs, or the incriminator audio death rows. I'm looking for the sub with the best LOUD SOUND QUALITY and really hit the low notes. So, i've downed to 3 subs, IA Death Penalty 12", SSA Xcon 12" or Fi BL 12". Will be getting 2 subs. The amp that will be powering them will be the Crescendo Audio BC3500D. Max box size is 52x24x17. I listen to pretty much anything but mainly rap and hard rock. If theres something else I forgot to mention let me know.

I am looking at the skar vvx 12's and AA arsenal 12's, right now I am leaning towards skar 12's. they will be powered by mb quart discus 1500

I've got around 300 to spend on a sub and am looking to get a decent s ql setup. I don't plan on upgrading my electrical so I'm trying to stick around 1000w. I want sq so w/e I choose will be put in a sealed box in the back of my extended cab toyota t100. I'm very interested in the mach 5 subs. How would say a ixl 18 compare to a fi q 18? I'm considering a single mach 5 ixl 18 or 15 with 1000w or 2 mach 5 mj`8's off of 1000. Which setup would get louder? Which would have the better sq? I'd really like to get to the 140db range but I'm not sure if it's possible with only 1000w sealed with these subs. What do yall think? Any help is appreciated.

I am planning on making a box that is about a max of 2.1 cubes after displacement and tuned to 33 hz and made for 3 8" subs. I am caught between 3 dc level 2 8s, sundown sa-8s v1 with copper clad aluminum coils, sound splinter rl-i8s, or maybe something else readily available that would do good on around 1000 at 2.67 ohms, 1100 watts at 2 ohm, 1600 at 1.5, or 2000 at 1. I am going to use them for daily use but may try some spl runs as well. Which would be the best for me to get? And if possible, tell me why you say your choice and possibly the easiest place to get them.

Hey guys last night I blew my REX10D4's in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo So here my current situation, I have Kicker DS693's in the front doors and DS65's in the back doors. So at the moment i own an orion xtr pro 124 powered by a piece of shit boss 1500. I know it's a terrible set up but i was tight on money at the time. Right now i have about 500$ to spend on a woofer and about 400-600 for an amplifier. I drive a 1999 mustang and i would be building a custom box according to the woofer. I listen to mostly dubstep and rap and love the low's. I was looking at either a 15" mayhem or a 15" Zcon? Any of you owned either of those and know how they sound or how loud they are?

O.k. I got some money coming in soon. And I was wondering, Which would be better. 2 Maw-15's or something from Fi that would be better. So I was either going to get 2 Maw-15's or maybe just one Fi Q 15" or a Fi Bl 15".... Im staying under 300.00 for the sub... I want to run 1 set of tweeters where the tape measure is in this pic: 2" OD is probably the largest I'd like to mount here. I would like to put a 6.5" driver in the lower factory location: The direction of the 6.5 is not ideal as it points down and forward, but I really don't want to build custom kick panels at this time. Looking for a 12" sub that can handle 1500w daily like champ and be fine in a slightly smaller ported enclosure tuned in the lows 30's. Looking for mainly SPL right now. This is just for daily, no competitions will take place. Looking to keep the price under $700 for the pair if possible. Need to buy them new. 12" XCON? 12' Nightshade? 12" BTL? 12" HW? I like good customer service and subs that have good information available about optimal enclosure sizes.

what's the best direction to face subs with a enclosure that's going under the rear seat?

Here is a dumb question, I already have my subs firing towards the trunk lid in my car. My friend has 2 15' Memphis PR's in his S-10 firing down.... I was wondering if I had the room could I put my subs in my back seat firing towards the back glass or could I have them face the floorboard..... The trunk rattles wayyy to much and I was just curious. Wasn't sure if it would work or not. ~MadroX

At the moment i have a JBL GTO 1514. But thats not good enough (for me) so i was thinking of getting 2x12 inch woofers. They have many deals and brand names i haven't ever heard. I have a JBL gto 1200.1 II amp that puts out about 1100 watts at 2 ohms. Right now I have 2 Orion HP 12s in 1.2 cubes each and they sound ok but I would like a louder setup that'll have good sq. I'm considering a different pair of 12s sealed or a single 12 ported. I've always ran sealed setups with 12s and I'm thinking of trying a pair of ported 10s. Can a pair of ported 10s get louder than and have good sq like a pair of sealed 12s? Right now I have 2 Orion HP 12s sealed.
