I got 2 21" death penalty subs. Anybody got any recommended 4th order box designs. I got 24 cu ft to work with. I was thinking of doing each sub in 2.5 to 3 sealed and 9 ported. And tuning the ported section to around 50 to 55. Let me know if you got any other ideas. I am looking for some better Spl numbers on music. Dont need it to play much under 30hz. Most stuff I listen too is around 35 or higher.

I just got my death row's hooked up and running figured I would start a thread and share some photos and answer any questions about the new DR. System consists of a IA 20.1/ 2 DR 12's/ Cheap JVC head unit (lol to broke to upgrade at the moment) my friend custom built a ported box tuned to 32hz not sure on the dimensions but I can get em. Found out today the 21's bang. My shop is in the middle of 140 acres. My prperty line is literarly one third of a mile 360 degrees around my shop. (By they way I am the only authorized Louisiana dealer for IA). But I guess someone was disturbed. I already had the back seats out of my crewmax tundra making molds for a fiberglass enclosure so I figured I would test out a 21. It is in a 10 cubic foot enclosure, 160 inches of port tuned to 34 hz, with 2000 watts on it. I have not metered it yet, was actually setting the mic when the cop drove up. OK, guys. I have a about one more sub to sell and i am getting my first IA subs. Here is what i have. I am going to put about 10kw total . ( i will leave the brand out to avoid the drama of what amp is louder and if they really do that power. ) I have a Great friend selling 4 DP 18"s that i can buy, if i buy those, he is getting 4 - 18" wardens from Nick. (if nick sees this, i am sure he knows who it is.) OR for about the same price, i can pick up a pair of wardens. If i do the wardens, i might be 2-12s or 2-18s or 2-21s. if i do the 12s, its for SB2 with usaci. if i do the 18s or 21s, i am shooting for a 4th order if that works with the DPs or big wardens. …

i recently purchased 2 15" incriminator lethal injections which say they only take 600 watts rms......just wondering if this is true or not because im lookin to upgrade to a bigger amp but dont want to overpower them, i currently have a hifonics 1600 watt brutus ran at 1 ohm to them with all stock electrical. whats the best amp for me? considering the sundown saz-1500d which is supposed to put out around 1900 at 14 volts thanks oh and also what battery should i put in the rear??

I want know some info on the new vs old. If some of you IA guys could chime in and give me some input as far as motor strength, magnet size/weight, coil size, you know the usual stuff.

First of all, is the 40.1 still in production because I tried to find it on the website and it wasn't there. Secondly, can anyone ballpark what the 40.1 is rated at 0.5 ohms?

Hi guys, I have 2 IA Sub. One Lethal Injection and a Death Row Series. I am trying to build a new enclosure for my Death Row Series. However, I can't seem to find the T/S Parameters for this sub. I badly need them for my enclosure design. The website does not have this info. Can any of you guys help me on this? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

hey fellas, well i finally got around to taking the sub out of the box to get some pic's. the coild is darker than normal but i think its because of the glue that is used .only problem now is that my iphone wont send them to my email account. so if u want to see pic's. feel free to give me a text and ill be more than happy to send them to u becasue im worried this could be/is a potential problem. pm me for number. do yall think that a 12" Lethal Injection can take 1k rms daily? if not whats the most they can take for daily use?
