Hello, I was looking at the recommended box size for the Flatlyne 15 and it is at 3 CUFT. What is the recommended port area? Thanks.

What are the specs of the Flatlyne coil? ID, OD, WW, FH? If they fit in with the driver i'm building would you be willing to sell a pair? Courtney

I see enclosure recs for all the subs except the one I'm interested in... the Faltlyne 15". What's smallest to largest sealed?

Do Flatlyne motors have any shorting rings in them? What is the stock coil ww?

I will be flying back to the states from Kuwait in two days and if some one could help me out and show me what I need to do that would be great. I will be in Charlotte, NC area for about 21 days. I have a vision about building my dream system. A wall with four Dp 21s in my suv. thinkin about it just gives me a Boner.

I cant wait to get my sub. I am just puzzled that it would take so long to build. Like I said not mad just confused I guess. I'm glad it's going to be a quality product etc. Just weird I ordered it two weeks ago now and still hasnt even been shipped. Just to make it clear not mad because I know it's going to be amazing. Im either going with RE or Incriminator (I know who the favorite is on here) Ill probably go with incriminator seeing as they are cheaper and RE is behind on production. Now im going to be putting them in an 04 cavalier and I want to retain the use of my spare and some of the trunk space so my question is. Do i go with a Death Row 15, or 2 Lethal Injection 12s. Im looking for whatever will be louder. I listen to mostly rock, and metal and rap every once in a while. Im pretty positive 2 12s will be louder, so If i did go the route would you guys recommend ported or sealed? I have a jbl 1200.1 to power the sub/subs btw

I'm installing 4x DP in my car and wanted to do a nice sticker for the rear window! Something like this! "Punished by 4 times Death Penalty" But im unsure about the grammar! Is it "by" or "with" or how should you say a sentence like that! Or does anyone else have any cool sentence that i can make!

like the title says. i had my first experience with IA today. i bought a IA flatlyne 15 in a 4.0CF box ported and wow. i was told it was a SQ sub but man does it get loud. i gave $170 for the sub and box. and so far, im extreamly happy with my purchase. iv never heard a sub that has the SQ of this. now it dont get as loud as my hcca, but this sub has both worlds (SQ and spl). now if i can find another dual 4ohm 15 for cheap ill do a wall in my ranger. i give 5 stars to the folks at IA for making such a great sub. only thing i can find wrong, is that it doesnt say what ohm the sub is on the back. the guy i bought it off of doesnt know anything about subs and told me …

I also sent an email to sales on Monday and to nick today. I understand they're probably really busy so Im just being patient as i can be but im excited to get them ordered. i finished the install of two dp21's powered by two saz1500d's....all gains were set with a DMM for 1600 watts each(amps were each seeing a .5ohm load) my electrical is very good with a 250amp alt and 2 group 31's in rear and all 0/1ga.. now to my problem...i started to notice a slight rattle coming from the port...so i stuck my head in it and it was coming from one of the subs....there is no way that something could have gotten into the cooling on the sub,so thats out...i think it might be a coil unwinding but ive never had this happen so i dont know what it sounds like...i didnt get a chance to take the sub out to look at it before i left.

ok well no feedback from my thread in the sub topics so im reposting similar in here, ive got four of the dp 21's and i need help on enclosure type and size, i like bass thats loud and low, i have an astro van so room isnt too big of an issue, 21's are new to me so i need all the help i can get, what would be better for my situation, 8 or 10 cubes per sub and what would be the best port size per cube and what should i tune it to, hopefully the people on this section have had the pleasure of experiencing the joys of hearing the 21's firsthand,also what would be the best box setup for all out loud walled by the b pillars, walled all the way to the back or in the back with t…

Hello, I have a 40.1 that I purchased used and it played fine when I got it up until now. I played it for a long period of time with the car not running but I wasn't playing it loud. The amp goes straight into protect mode now and there was smoke coming out of it around the terminal blocks where the power and ground connect to the amp so I guess that the power supply is blown. I know that alot of people on these forums are strangers to each other. All of us at IA have made a great deal of friends through our car audio ventures and met some really great people. Many of you may or may not know Terry and Miranda Jackson, but they are really great people and good friends of mine. Terry used to work for RE and competed for many years and Miranda also competed for a few years as well. Today they found that Miranda has been diagnosed with Stage II Mediastinal Large Cell Lymphoma. This is cancer on her heart. I have the chance to possibly pick up a pair of 21" DP's in trade for my XXX-6500D and was wondering if it would be worth doing. I got an Astro not too long ago and planned a pair of 18"s with the 6500D but then this offer came along. The 21"s need reconed, but the amp is 7/10 cosmetic and 10/10 mechanical and just clamped 4589 @ 1ohm on 13.8V during the competition saturday. I was looking around on you tube and what not at flex videos and dB numbers and am very unimpressed so far! Thinking may be I should keep the 6500D and run a single 18" on it instead? something like an RD HeavyWeight 18" to be more specific. Otherwse I would prbably run the 21"s on 1500~ each. …
