Hey all, first post here. I went to a local comp. today and got to meet Nick and Josh. 2 finer people you'll never meet. They put up with my questions, even looked in my trunk for me since I am clueless about boxes, airspace, and all. I have decided on an IA20.1 @ 2 ohms on 2 12" LI's in my 07 stang as soon as funds allow. Thanx again fellers for all the help and I'll be glad to keep my $$$ local with the likes of yall. So if anyone wonders what kind of people run IA let me say from first hand experience they are a great bunch.

Going to make my order tomorrow for my sub(s). I want some final opinions before i do this... 1 15" Deathrow or 2 12" Lethal Injections Comparing the two what do you guys think are the pros and cons of each.

Ok, I know IA has been busy so I havent been able to get in contact with them this week. So I was hoping you guys( IA owners) could help out. I am going to rebuild my enclosure this weekend for my two 187 15s. They are running off a AQ 1200d and im getting a comfortable 14.8v to the amp at about half volume. Sense I am running roughly 1200-1400rms I was thinking about making the box 4-5^3ft instead of the recommended 6.0(with only 600rms). and I was going to do anywhere from 60-80" of square port at 36hz so let me know what you think I should do,Thanks.

hey guys, i am currently in line for the free enclosure deal with audibel customs. i have decided to go with the lethal injection. first question, if i got a AQ1200d and wired the sub at 2ohms, would the 870rms watts be too much for the rated 600watts? i want a daily set up where i can pound for 20-30min without having to worry about toasting my sub. i could wire it to 4ohms for 570watts rms if the 2ohm load is too much for a daily set up. im open for other amps in the same price range ($250). second question.....i am planning on getting a single 12' and putting it in close to maximum specs as far as size goes (anywhere from 2.25 to 2.5). i have been playing around …

Hey guys heres my situation as of right now i have a rockford fosgate p5002. Ill be using this for about 2 weeks until i get my SAE-1200d. Doing some research i have come up with this... please tell me if there is a better way. I will buy two of the 12" LI 4 ohm DVC's while i have the p5002 i will wire it like this... and once i buy the SAE-1200d i will wire it like this.... Please if there is something wrong with this setup please let me know.

My question is aimed at LI owners, particularly the 10 and 12's. What kind of amplification have you/are you using, and what kind of box and volume? Do you think a single LI would be enough to match up with a decent front stage in a Mustang Convertible? What kind of power minimum can I look into using for it? Currently the system in it is an Alpine 7894 w/ AI-Net AUX in for the Ipod, Powerbass Chrome 5x7's up front, stock rears, both powered by the built in amp on the Alpine, and then an MTX RT2200 on an RF Punch HE10. i got a IA DR 12 D1 and a sundown SAE 1200D running at 2 ohms it will put out 600 rms i was wondering if it should see more power to really get it poundin tell me what you think. (enclosure is 2.5 cubes ported to 32 hz).

The new 187 will be released around CES. It will come in 10, 12, and 15's. All units will be Dual 4's. The new 187's will be super sized! No more bumped back plate and single small magnet slugs. They will now have a huge 6.25" double stack motor with woven leads and push terminals. Forget all the other entry drivers.....in the $100 range, if you've heard the old 187, you'll love the new one..

Ok guys, im in the process of selling my current amp and sub... I have a buyer for my current sub but not the amp... heres the amp... Rockford FosgateP5002 I am planning on buying a 15" death row once my sub is sold, along with a new enclosure for it... But my question is... will my current amp be able to push it enough to get sound louder than it is right now hooked up to a 12" w3v3... this may sound like a noob question but i have really never underpowered a sub this much before...

Are there any specs or pricing on the new 40.1's?

What line in the IA arsenal would have the best SQ?? Aslo how would it compare to a FI Q??

I was wondering how does the old dp look vs the new dp? Idk which one i have thow. Was the older a copper coil or a aluminum?

ok so i bought a 40.1 from a guy on ca.com about a week and a half ago.. today is the first day i actually took the amp out of the box and hooked it up. as soon as i got everything hooked up, i triple checked everything before hooking the power wir(s) to the battery, everything was correct so i turn the key and POP there went the amp...it does that everytime i turn the key, the power light will come on for about a 1/2 sec then it pops and goes into protect. it pops on the end with the rca input's, i have NEVER had this happen to me so i'm curious what might of happend here. Anyone have any ideas? ALso, where is the best place to get this fixed?

Looking to see what size enclosure and tuning would be optimal for a dp 21" i have the amp,electrical and a grand sitting in my bank account to buy the sub,but i'm not sure on the box. original plans were going to be 9 cubes tuned to 34 for a daily setup. Should i stray away from that enclosure size or would that be good. Thanks

I just realized that IA is located like ~3 hours away from me...... I have been wanting to check out these products and take a break from FI. I would like to drive up and take a look around sometime if it's possible.... maybe in a couple of weeks or so. I'd like to see what IA is about!
