Okay im building a nice custom box for my 2003 honda accord. But I need to know how tall and wide the port needs to be and what hz I need to tune it to. Anything you all can say would be helpful! By the way im making it out of 3/4" mdf plywood.

has any one used a warden for daily use yet? i'm very interested to know how they sound..

hello, i have 4 dp 12s on the way and was wondering the T/S's. also, outside of warranty information, how much power can these take daily, im guessing a good amount due to 8 layered aluminum coil and the cooling design u guys invented. can they take as much as an MT or BTL. looking to use these subs for bassrace. thanks again

Nick/Josh, I had a question about the 187 15" with use of a passive radiator, the radiator in question being the Exodus Audio PR15. What volume enclosure would I want to use with the passive? If it's close to the current box I have (2.2 before displacement), what would I want to tune the radiator to? I'm asking because I would LOVE to have another 187, but without a better electrical, that's not going to happen and with a PR, I can keep my trunk and still gain the output of a similar ported box. I don't have any exp with building a ported box. So I tried the RE Audio box builder. Some people have said it's off a little bit. This is what I came up with. My link Edit: I made it look at, as it's going into a Extended cab Dakota. The sub will be facing up. I will be making to 2 boxes like this. But will only be putting one sub and amp for now. Then add the other down the road if needed. And it's the IA Death Penalty 12" D2 i'll be getting.

Hey guys today at the show in Murfreesboro Tn. I was given the first phat 21 in Meca history. I hit a 147 flat at 46 htz and a 143.7 at 36 htz. We downsized the box and tuned it lower for more of a daily use. My dad is going to build a new box this week and its going to be bigger and tuned higher. Its going to be geared more towards burps. The score has gone done from the original 149.6 we were hitting at the start of our adventure with this massive sub. We should get hopefully get the magical 150 mark with this new box and some testing. Equipment wise I am running a 21 inch warden in 7.5 cubes tuned at 36 htz and a Sundown Audio saz 3500. I am thinking about running a set of Peerless SLS 8" mid bass drivers on my IA 3.4 amp. The Peerless SLS's are 8 ohms, so if I were to run the 3.4 bridged would I get around 110 watts per channel for an 8 ohm load?

will the 20.1 feed enough power to 2 fi bl or even the ssd's.

what does everyone think about running 3 vlx400s on 6 15 inch incriminator death penaltys. clam shelled in a suburban ext. use all 3 amps or only 2? any other ideas...im starting from scratch. i askd on the us amp forum and theyre dead over there

Hey all, first post here. I went to a local comp. today and got to meet Nick and Josh. 2 finer people you'll never meet. They put up with my questions, even looked in my trunk for me since I am clueless about boxes, airspace, and all. I have decided on an IA20.1 @ 2 ohms on 2 12" LI's in my 07 stang as soon as funds allow. Thanx again fellers for all the help and I'll be glad to keep my $$$ local with the likes of yall. So if anyone wonders what kind of people run IA let me say from first hand experience they are a great bunch.

im thinking about going from 2 15's to one 21" DP, my question is what is the recommended box size for these? and can they take more then 1500rms daily? i would be putting 2200rms on it daily. thanks!

What are the specs of the Flatlyne coil? ID, OD, WW, FH? If they fit in with the driver i'm building would you be willing to sell a pair? Courtney

In response to the pm: Right, I bought a 12" DP off of Justin T. and it came blown!! So I figured I'd upgrade to the 15" and if I like it, maybe buy 1-3 more for my vehicle.. Thanks, Matt

Long story short - My car was in shop and amp came back fried. I believe that two of the FET's need to be replaced. Where can I send the amp to get repaired properly? Someone told me a while back but I can't remember who they said to send it to. 6 months without it is starting to drive me nutz!

I saw in the recommended thread it says: closed 28.3 - 39.6 liter This converted to cubic feet is 1-1.4 cubic feet. The displacement of the driver is .13 cubic feet. Does the recommended capacity include the displacement or I need an additional 1-1.4 cubic feet resulting in 1.13-1.53? Also, do you have any recommendations on where to buy said enclosure?

I wanted to know where I could find two of the DP21 motor and basket assemblies and what would be the price of them be? Working on a project and I know you guys can help me out.
