Ok, now that I've seen this driver (FL12). I can't decide which one I want. Purely for SQ, which do you all think would be my best choice? Not sure of the inductance on the FL12, but the Mag is .8.

Does the DP 21" come with a gasket? Also what are the T/S parameters? I am seriously considering buying one, but I need that info first, thanks! Glenn

Well currently i have 2 IA DP D2 12's and a 40.1 i am installing soon. I have an oppertunity to pick up a second 40.1 in a trade. My question is would a 40.1 on each DP be to much running each 40.1 at 1ohm?? I am sure each DP will take a 40.1 for burps but what about daily? Thanks!!

i havent seen any box size recommendations or tunning suggestions. anyone happen to know the optimal box size and port tuning for a ported box for these things. i plan on running 4 but if the box size is right i think i can shove 2 more in place of the front passenger side or would it be better just to make one huge box and run 6 of these and have a the port facing the drivers seat? this is going to be my first big spl car. the re xxx just isn't cutting it.

i have been out of car audio for a few years and im about to get back into it, i was looking at the DP 21 (i like one sub setups) what do you guys think the best amp for it would be? its going to be used for a few shows in Maryland and everyday use.

was just wondering what the total shipping weight is on 1 of these things. i want to try to get it shipped usps as it is all i can receive.

I came home to a BIG box sitting on my steps. Low and behold it was the Incriminator Audio Death Penalty 21 inch sub for my buddies truck. I was planning on putting it in this coming tuesday. With out a second to loose I rip open the box and lift this monster out of the box. After removing the plastic bag from around the sub I noticed................................

Ok I am thinking about purchasing two DP 15's but don't know exactly which coil config. I should go with. Will the amp be strong enough for these at 1 ohm or should I get dual 2's and run the amp at .5? Thanks in advance for the help... Oh, btw, this is for a daily application that will be tuned to 30hz.

Ok someone recommended me to look into the IA DP subs because I am looking for something that will handle 2k rms daily and have the ability to play low. My enclosure is tuned to 27~28hz and that's the tuning frequency that I like so how well will the DP's handle this? The enclosure is 8 cuft. thanks

Been asking a few people with 40.1s about the ones i just bought, but ill ask here as well: Have heard i need to run remote from batt because 40.1 needs 12v remote to turn on? Cant have them touch, or they protect? Also, has anyone else had to give them RCA input to turn on? (As in for them to power up they need RCA plugged in and radio on vol 1?) Do they like higher rca voltage, say that of a MaxxLink? Just askin before i put these in Thanks

I was wondering if anyone knows if the 21s are shipping. I got a friend that wants a little bass in his ride and I think this would fit the bill. Do you guys think a sundown 3000d would push it pretty good? What kinda box am I looking at as far as cubic feet and tuning for a daily ground pounder? Okay, I will start with a little background info before I show my results. My vehicle and season info can be seen using my stats button below but I will start with my scores throughout the year: 3X in Niagra Falls in march: 159.1 w/four 40.1s 3X in Carlisle in may: 157.6 w/two 40.1s 3X in W. Viginia in may: 157.6 w/two 40.1s(losing score so stats only show a 156.?) The last show disappointed me alot so a couple weeks ago I took a trip to Maine to visit a couple freinds(Rooney and Bob). The goal was to test with some different equipment to see what might work best in the van. First we got base numbers with what I already had and found that Rooney's mic was the stiffest …

Is the 40.1 ever gonna go back into production again? If so when would be an estimated year of release. This is really more curiosity than anything but if there is one I would definitely want one.

ok i just got a 40.1 used and I powered it up with no rca's and no load power light.so i hook up rca's and volt meter to gain match and it is in protect. so i unhook everything drain the caps with test light hook it back up and still in protect.then i turn the gain and notice when you wiggle the gain the power light come's on.so i hook up the multi and the amp has output voltage with the protect light on. so my question is is this amp in protect or is it working? should there be a out put voltage with it in protect? my other 40.1 has the same voltage as the one with the protect light. has anyone else seen this problem? i have the amps stacked with carpet between th…
