Incriminator Audio

I installed 2-12" IA Lethal Injections (600W ea.) in a custom box, 4.25 cu.ft. @ 33Hz (plans from Fisher Customs). They're powered w/a Hifonics 1608D (1100W @ 2 Ohms). The coils are wired in parallel then the subs in series giving a load impedence of 1.7 Ohms. I set the gain w/a 45Hz tone to a 43v output. It sounds terrible! And not very loud. The Alpine PL5 (250W powered Lat sub) it replaced sounded better and louder. I am getting some significant dimming so there's a lot of current flow. Are the amp ratings possibly in peak pwr. giving only about 200W ea.? I thought they were rms, the manual doesn't specify. At lower volume (20/35 and below) the subs are almost…

So..... I killed my 187. After almost 2 years of a Kicker KX400.1 (and I'll admit, I clipped it a lot), it finally died. One coil went, and I finished the other off with my new amp. I hope this type of thread is not against the rules. I love this sub its loud but not distorted at all imho it has good SQ also, Its in a ported box with 64" of port area and a volume of 4 cubic feet ran off of a kicker 300.1 amplifier. I ordered it from SSA it arrived in a week undamaged and safe. I just wanted to post this for anyone thinking of buying a good sub thats not gonna be super loud but loud enough to make your ears hurt lol. Once again sorry if this is against any rules. I have 2 12" 187's from incriminator audio in a custom built 4.4 ft^3 box tuned to 31hz powered by a sundown saz-1000D and on some songs the bass just is not there on the low end. The song in question is hypnotize by jeezy. I never really noticed the problem until my friend played the song on his infinity's in a prefabed box and it sounded so much better. Ok the problem is when the song begins there is not a lot of bass. I can feel it a bit but it is not too audible, and when the higher frequency note hits it is so loud. But that is really the only note i can hear well. My subs barely move during the parts in question. the part i have a problem with is from :27 to :40, …

plan on putting the system in my alero truck system with port facing front of car rear seats folded down maybe removed looking to see what will get louder im guessing the 2 12"s becuase of cone advantage but since im new figured id ask before i buy kinda looking to get 130-140+ db i was impressed with youtube user tyler trons old setup in his alero hitting 155db but his subs were 350 each lol cant afford that thanks if you have any other sudjestions budjet is 4-5 hundred a wall is out of the question though

working on getting my system put back in, for the next season. Currently I have an xs power d6500 under the hood, a 270 amp mechman alt, big 3 in 1/0. I'm Going to go with d3100's for my secondary batteries. How many of them would be suffice to power the 40.1 @ .5ohm daily and keep my voltage stable? I was running just 1 2400 kinetik and my voltage dropped to low 12's very quickly. Hoping to stay in the 13's at full tilt.

Yeah did another video with the new headunit, you will see how you can adjust the angle on the radio. I absolutely love this radio, was going to sell it but JBLCAMRY gave me some pointers, and opened my eyes lol. Not bad for a single 12" sub, might have BJ build me another box, but something more complex, either way I am completely satisfied. Pushes a good amount of air for a crx style box, and gets pretty damn loud, but sounding good at the same time. Enjoy!! Please comment

Guys I've got a problem here with a 21 inch Warden and a SAZ 3500 . No matter how we wire it , we keep getting a .7 ohm reading . Series or Parallel seems to make no difference . A lso my elephant sized son stripped one of the negative connections on the amp .... any body got fixes for this ? Any help is appreciated with either problem .

I came home to a BIG box sitting on my steps. Low and behold it was the Incriminator Audio Death Penalty 21 inch sub for my buddies truck. I was planning on putting it in this coming tuesday. With out a second to loose I rip open the box and lift this monster out of the box. After removing the plastic bag from around the sub I noticed................................

ok so i bought 3 LI 12s from 07merc at the end of april and they arrive to me on may 5th in flawless shape. nothing was cracked, scratched, or broken from shipping everything was A1. so i decide to put two of them in a sealed box i had layin around tell i got done with a new ported box for the three of them. i was running them on my rsd1200@2ohms roughly 600w a piece and the box was on the small side but it sounded damn good and got louder than i had expected. so before i could build a new box for myself somebody wants to buy them from me so i pull the box out and while im carrying it i kinda noticed a little knocking in the bottom of the box as i was walking but i figure…

This was what we got before we started testing. Equipment is a 21 warden off of a Saz 3500 at a. 5 ohm. I beleive i did that right and these numbers are at the headrest because i don't listen to music on the dash or the kick. I will however will get dash numbers soon hopefully.

OK, guys. I have a about one more sub to sell and i am getting my first IA subs. Here is what i have. I am going to put about 10kw total . ( i will leave the brand out to avoid the drama of what amp is louder and if they really do that power. ) I have a Great friend selling 4 DP 18"s that i can buy, if i buy those, he is getting 4 - 18" wardens from Nick. (if nick sees this, i am sure he knows who it is.) OR for about the same price, i can pick up a pair of wardens. If i do the wardens, i might be 2-12s or 2-18s or 2-21s. if i do the 12s, its for SB2 with usaci. if i do the 18s or 21s, i am shooting for a 4th order if that works with the DPs or big wardens. …
