    So I wanna hear what your favorite supplement you have EVER taken was/is. It doesn't matter what type of supplement it was, just your personal favorite. My favorite was BSN no-xplode. It gave me a great energy boost and kept me upbeat during my workout. I did also take NANO Vapor which was ridiculous from my experience.     So I'm choosing to change my life for the better. I am 5 10" and weigh 478 LBS. I am currently 23 years old and in school and unemployed. I recently went for a job interview in which my buddy had the job for me as long as the interview went well. A few days after the interview he told me that I had a perfect interview, but they didn't feel comfortable hiring me due to my weight.   10. Decided I wanted to burn off a little fat I gained from Freshman year. Started debating if the supplements or my diet was causing me to see a lack of results.     Alright, starting Tuesday I will be starting a 3 month workout program at school. With that I want to achieve maximum results by putting myself on a good diet. I guess I should start by stating my goals. I am 6'2" tall weighing in currently at 215 lbs. I'm really looking to get down to an ideal weight of 190-195 lbs.     As the title states, I was just wondering how you all stay motivated when it comes to working out? I enjoy exercising, but it just seems like life gets in the way too often and I can't keep my motivation up and stick with a routine. As of now I haven't done a workout for probably two months.     I was going to resurrect my old thread but since I'm starting at about the same place, ill just start a new one. Starting weight 299 as of July 5th BF% 33 I did a juice only diet for 4 weeks. Lost 22 lbs. Did the 7 small meals a day diet, gained 10 of that right back. I started Intermittent fasting. Eating 2 meals a day within a 6 hour window. 2000 calories 200+ g of protien 100 carbs (only on heavy lift days) 50g fats I'm 268 another month later Total lost in 2 months 31lbs BF is at 28.3% Ill be updating weekly from here.
