4x AQ 18" HDC's in a 4th order BP with adjustable port. Each sub is seeing 2.75ft^3 sealed and 5ft^3 ported. The port is removable and can easily be rebuilt for other tunings and port sizes if desired. This would make it easy to have a higher spl tuning for burps and a smaller, lower tuned port for some ferocious low-end output. The box is picture with a 46hz port.

This one is for Greg Lucas on the SMD forums. Subs angled forward and port firing up in his 4-door Dodge truck. The box will go from his instrument cluster to the front of the rear seats, replacing the center console area...at least until he decides to to a blow-through box. Final specs are 4.2ft^3 with a 33hz tuning.

  13. FOH, sorry but this has my Blair Witch, Paranormal, Cloverfield signature...Im gonna make you sick with motion. Scott, I didn't break the meter, I kept it below 129dB NO I did not sing at all, at the end I imitate Fred Durst after I turn it way down, it sounds like someone is there singing...isn't that the idea? This was the song I chose over a year and 1/2 ago to do my before/after. After, RS set to 120dB hitting +2dB: Before:

  15. I have one EP4000 on 2 18's in 10 cubic feet 12" port tuned to 35Hz and 2 more 18's in separate 128 cubic foot boxes with 12" ports tuned to 13.5Hz The 2 in 10 cubes are so much louder, but the 2 in 128 each sound so much better!

This is a box for Erik Jenkins of Jenkins Motorsports for a pair of Digital Designs 9518's going in the back seat area of a Chevy SS truck. The box is 12ft^3 with a 34hz tuning. The subs will actually be firing forward with the ports firing up. Hopefully he's happy with the results and comes back for more work.
