  1. the looks of the beta version, I don't think this will be hard for them. hats off to invsion finally
  2. night and day difference. The old one never worked right anyways, there was rattles in it from day one as explained above This thing really slams now. He's very happy from what I can tell, sort of in disbelief
  3. ya right! It's called, assemble it then take it to marks for the router work & carpet lol
  4. This box is a rebuild due to his last box apparently never being built correctly. A 15yr old guy on ca.com that seems to do decent work built his last box, but it was rattling from day one and Ben thought it was the sub, and I, telling him the whole time it sounded like either his hatch or the box. Either way, the top plate of the box seperated from the enclosure walls and really rattled, making this setup un-playable. So we decided to build him a new one. Ernie started this box yesterday and we finished it up today. old box. new box. we'll have to get some video's of this thing now. It flexs everything in his car, digs down nice and low and distorts my voice even. I love it! Can't imagine how loud John's XCON 12 is in his TC with the 3KD on it. I'll get to hear it in a few weeks when he gets home though.
  5. I understand that, just saying from your thread title and all the attention your thread gets from your title it seems very dramatic to me. There is no question FI builds some of the best quality drivers on the market. I was wondering if there where humans building them they come out so perfect, but as it turns out there are humans building them, and humans aren't perfect. Please just wait for his reponse. I'm closing this thread, seems like everything that was going to be said has been said. Enough said.
  6. You see a DD remote knob. If you look REALLY close you can see the red LED flash on the knob as the ampa clip. Sundowns don't have that. 4 DD 9515"s and 4 DD M3's oh thought it was the sundown remote, and you said he was a teammate, thought team sundown, oh well.
  7. Awwww Then props on having yet one more thing for people to envy But then again....Nevada does not seem that far away...lol Plane tickets are cheap right now
  8. looks maybe like the cooling plug maybe shifted and was rubbing the coil, but I can't tell unless it was infront of me. Either way, no need for this drama post, simply be patient and wait for his response.
  9. haha, looks like fun. IC a sundown remote knob. what is he running?
  10. I know Scott had said they weren't really pushing these mids and I only got them because I was right there and he must like me (in a non gay way ) lols

  16. I hear ya about those retail stores, they are only interested in making a "fast" buck. Problem is they burn so many customers, they never wanna pay what your labor is worth by the time the find you. If they could only find you first?!? Great job, and keep up the great work, we all appreciate your work on this site, I can tell you that!

  20. Was over in Vegas not to long ago with Aaron (Denim) and popped in on Scott @ Ascendant Audio and picked up some new toys These where 1/4" wider then the kickers so I had to make new pods to mount them. Here's some pics followed by a short vid. All in all, these are amazing little mid bases, and do not break up what so ever on my 100.4. The kickers had to be crossed @ 125hz when I turned them up becuase they popped so badly. Awesome replacement IMO
