  3. OHV Registration for the ATVs was online this year. I got a printed temp reg until they sent the skicker in the mail. Sweet! I wanna ride, I wanna ride, I wanna ride..........
  4. I must of missed it..... where did you score the bike? I left my girlfriends apt one day and there was a 2007 Giant Rincon laying next to the dumpster with deflated and removed back wheel, crooked handle bars, locked up rear brakes and the shifters looked like they had been through it, but I picked it up anyway. So far I've put it back together, bought a $3.50 tube, straightened the handlebars (they weren't bent but out of alignment per say) and now I have a bike with three working front gears. Considering replacing the shifters so I can fix the rear brakes and shifting. Sweet!! Thats thinking with the right side of your brain! Lefties do think with the right side of their brain

  7. Here is a chart to show you how litttle sound is up high. Believe me, what little harmonics and overblow reach that high will NOT be missed in a car. The 3"s I am running START to roll of at 12.5k with test tones. The funny think here is I can't even here past 15K personally. I had my wife and daughter test with me bc they are both super sensitive to high pitches that I can't even hear due to years of abuse. These same 3"s keep up with 12" midbasses and a 15" BTL. The selling factor for me to giving the fullrangers and monster mids a try was realizing the cone area gain in the frequency ranges I did want was obvious. Lastly I would like to point out as an EXAMPLE that my 2006 Xterra's "OEM premium RF stereo sound system" has 2.5" fullrangers mounted in the dash, 6x9 mids in the doors and an 8" sub under the seat. NO TWEETERS. I would also like to point out as another EXAMPLE that there are home "surround systems" that don't use tweeters. Here is an example. http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/speakers-audio/home-pc-speakers/devices/224 This system uses Tangband style 3" drivers in its satellites with no tweeters. I hope this info is helpful for you in making your decision. I am not trying to persuade you to go with a fullranger, BUT giving you more info to base your choice on.
  8. Sweet! A new toy to play with.

  12. Had my back lock up on me for the first time in my life a few weeks ago. I bent over and couldn't stand back up. Happened 3 times in a day, was scary.
  13. Seriously just feels like tired muscles. I actually feel like I rode 150mi on my bike a day or two ago. Almost a "good" pain, but not when you didn't do anything to earn it. I know that feeling.........Maybe running around with your son? I know a few hrs when I go back to NY with my daughter leaves me WRECKED. J It gets worse overnight though. Time for a Flexeril. They do wonders for loosening teh muscles. That or a hot tub or both.
  14. I am with you on this one. I had to go Sid Vicious on the MFer's I work with yesterday, and probably again today. Good thing for me that I like love confrontation. I am so glad its friday for me.
  15. Looking good homie! Killer job on the battery trays.
  16. *oh my*
  17. Really like that sub, should I go sealed or ported? This subs optimal space is .88 cu ft sealed or 1.58 cu ft ported. If you can fit ported it will have alittle more output.
  18. I honestly don't miss having a tweeter. The full's on axis reach plenty high for music in a car. You can also tune them lower than a tweeter in a two way and achieve the "point source sound" more effortlessly.
  19. Fair enough, I feel you. The benifits to the two way fullranger + midbass set up is you can run alot bigger midbass if thats what you think you need. Also you can mount the fullranger high up in the ride for better stage height. Obviously not the most ideal in therory without full control of things but I think the beinfits would still outweigh the passive setup mounted in the kick. just my opinion for good SQ. The passive in the kicks would definely be easy to set up but will have its own limitations.
  20. <---go's looking for the posts. Its almost painful to read sometimes.
  21. Sounds like you already have your mind made up. Why are you wasting our time AGAIN, if you already know what your doing? You obviously don't take anyone's advice, so why should we give it?. This thread looks as if its heading right in the same direction as your last one.
