  1. The Alpine you linked to is made for a sealed enclosure with an optimum volume of 4.8 cu ft OR infinite baffle. If you are set on using a marine sub I personally would buy this. http://www.crutchfield.com/s_107MM1240/Polk-Audio-MM1240.html?search=polk+mm1240+ultra&tp=111 I am sure you could find it a little cheaper than Crutchfield.
  2. Because of the open top of the boat you will want as efficent of sub set up as you can fit. Because of the space you probably are limited to a 10 or 12 inch. You don't need a low end monster, you need something geared towards getting loud on low power since you are limited on space and power.
  3. If you truely want good SQ, like a concert, then I suggest option 3. with the right full ranger and mid bass mounted in the right locations you can't go wrong and will SIMPLIFY things. I do suggest as hondakilla said and buy a HU with the right processing, you can tune WAY easier by ear this way. T/A and EQ are a must and with the right install, equipment and tuning you will be happy.
  4. ALL the big monster tube tv's must die before I would waste a dime on a new tv. Would be a waste of money considering....... Well there is a pretty large sledge hammer in the garage... ..................considering I only watch 6-10 hrs a week tops. I am jamming my "Joe Satriani" station on pandora as we speak.

  6. What space do you have to work with? i.e. how much space for the sub and box? We need to know what will fit and be in the proper enclosure to function properly before we can recommend anything.
  7. That car is way to sexy for a stationwagon. Looks like I need to come down there and build you an alt bracket...
  8. X2
  9. Them shorts weren't "dozer approved". lol
  10. A dermal anchor has a small foot under the skin and an exposed top. Looks like a piercing, but theres only one entrance. A sub dermal implant is a silicone or metal implant that is completely under the skin. I can show you pics if you want? Nah, I always get those two mixed up for some reason. I'm assuming she wanted one in the belly button? I didn't ask where she wanted the anchor. But when the mom called back to ask why, she asked if the daughter could do an eyebrow instead. Stupid bitch, common sense should tell her the awnser.

Then she calls back a few minutes later and wonders why.....
  14. I got the Dodge Ram stereo finished tuesday. Thanks for the heads up on the 12 volt diesel setup, anyone that commented.
  15. Toxic gases involved possibly?
  16. Gadhafi?
  17. Thats a gorgeous box you built brother! Looks SUPER clean!
  18. Besides I would of bought the 660 Raptor if I was after light.
  19. satellite radio subscription is far cheaper than a data plan I have Sirius, but Pandora can be so much more personalized.
  20. How big are the batts in those? wonder if a small xs batt would make it noticeably lighter?weight is not an issue with a 600 lb machine with a 660cc motor. The thing is like a bullet, and easily does 75 mph. Ah fuck that, shits too heavy. Guess I shoulda figured it out from the name GRIZZLY lol. Actully that beast is a little top heavy if you ask me, especially with the independent susp. But the Grizzly rides like a Caddy, and this way the W will go riding. I prefer my striped down 300 with a live rear axle.

LOL Or just be lazy and do what I did: although I need a new hu so it supports the ipod cable instead of aux, fuck up on my part. excellent!! But can the i-pad get service without paying? I have an ipod touch, but it needs wifi to work.
  22. Who is that? x2 I'm thinking she needs a nice German sausage! If she had real blond hair, slightly more olive tone, blue eyes, a stronger cheek, and slightly smaller boobs she'd be about as close to perfect as you can get IMO. I would break that poor girl in half. ....and make her call me "Daddy".
  23. I will probably just buy the 2yr non-sealed battery at wally-world. Will work great for the purpose at hand.
