  1. Happy Easter SSA fam!
  2. I used a squeeze bag and tuck pointer any other time I've done slate. Was checking out the grout release that's available. Otherwise may attempt to do the impregnater and sealer first. Either way is going to be an arduous task.
  3. Sooo close. Oh so close. Is one seriously cut up layout. 16" tile and there are only 4 actual whole tiles in the thing.

  8. There are quite a few geothermal heated buildings around here. That would be even tricker, although not as feasible for a residential.
  9. I would love to build a sunroom, that had radiant that circulated through the roof and used the solar heat. That would be trick AF. Would be nice for a whole house though...would not be so dry.
  10. That's one way to build a Hotsy! Lol
  11. Hey as long as they keep giving me my daily adrenaline and serotonin doses, i'm good with it. Besides there's good food and good people in here so what's there to complain about!
  12. That is the brand I have been looking at. I understand the recirc loop, but had not considered an accumulator tank. Would think they are effective enough they would not need it? Shows what I know. Lol
  13. Oh so heavenly tasting!! Haha, 46 and two is just ahead of us. My belief at this point is the extra two chromosomes will be artificial, as in 1's and zero's. Lmao
  14. Ive been trolling on demand water heaters lately. Should of put one in when I replaced the tank one a few years ago. It may just be a necessary after my steamer shower is done.
  15. Fair enough. Have you ever considered installing radiant heat floors? They have ways to retrofit.
  16. I will come tattoo all the honeys!
  17. We had some serious rain yesterday. Several mud slides in the area.
  18. I had to replace the motor in my furnace last winter and the control panel the year before. Not really much else that could go wrong with it other than if they quit selling the parts. Lol
  19. Bought four more egg maker's to add to my harem. Will have more eggs then I know what to do with!!
  20. Carl Jung is the man! His readings helped me step through my own shadow.
  21. I haven't uploaded pics directly to SSA in a while, so can't comment on that. But the other option I see guys do, is setup a photobucket account and upload from there.
  22. The speed things move at and the turnover rate in Vegas is unreal. Truly the city that never sleeps.
