I was told this by nick here on the ssa forums. Can't dig it up because I'm at work but they redesigned the Q and I have 2 before the redesign I wanted to get matches for. But again no help for the BL sorry.

No way in hell would I put fiberglass insulation in a ported box. Would not want to be breathing in the particles when it gets moving.... Kind of work for an insulation company.. Our guys wear masks when working with that shit.

I feel the same way sometimes. In my head I can picture what I want but describing it to others in words can be very difficult. Kind of irritating.

I had my box built by a local guy for mine. He told me it's 8 cubes before port and it's obnoxious. Wouldn't call it very clean but tons of output.

I would like to see the graphs posted here. I'm curious about the subs your talking about but way more interested to see what can be drawn from modeling them. Seems so many damn variables modeling is starting to seem just as useless to me.

I love these active for the 1st time threads. Maybe one day I'll take the plunge. I feel reading through these helps prepare me.

Now putting the p3 in a more manageable sized enclosure I get this added to the graph What does this tell you?

I modeled both. Not 100% sure how I should read this... What do you guys make of this? How does this read to you? Looks like the P3 prefers a larger box for a flat response.where as the SA does not.

Thanks. Honestly I hate all of mine equally lol. Haven't used ps in years. Never really did anything serious with it. Just forum signatures and profile pics. I'll keep playin around. Don't expect anything to be used just bored more or less.
