you should check into zapco i force speakers. they offer 5.25 and 6.5 component sets. all of the above look to be great speakers, but no matter what speaker you get, make sure that you set your crossover points correctly. not setting them up properly will cause stress on your speakers and ears

lill, a lot of the members are heavily into sound quality. that's why i think that you should come to the show for some ideas on your ride. i compete, but i also like clarity and detail. what are you going to use for your mids and highs?

Welcome. You should come to the MECA car audio comp on March 9th and 22nd in Roanoke Va. I think that roanoke is about 1.5 hours away and i'm sure that a few of the SSA guys will be there. I compete sq, so if you see a green kia rio with a ton of zapco stuff in it, come over and introduce yourself

wow..i never saw this review either, but i'm glad that i stumbled upon it. i don't have the 15 inch sub, but I have the 12 inch sub and it is very solid. I have the 12 in a 1.5 sealed cube enclosure, and the sound is amazing. i have owned about 6 subs, and this is by far the cleanest sub that i have used.

as for the fm not working, i have the same problem. i called alpine tech support, and he told me that on the h701 processor there is a switch that has to be put on "ai-net" since i'm running fiber optic. well, i have another h701 processor that is not installed and I don't see any "ai-net" switch on it. if someone can find it, let me know lol

as for the head unit, i use the d105, but i also like the alpine w205. i think that both of the have the same specs, but the w205 is double din. esb makes the speakers. if possible, you need to demo the comp speakers. some of the best speakers on the market today imo

zapco sucks . I would rather use pyramid equipment

clean up the wires around the amp and you will get 2 thumbs up for me
