no to double tweets. I have only heard 2 cars with double tweets, but both cars were horrible using this method. best thing to do is figure out speaker placement. start with the mids first in different positions and then try to find a good location for the tweets.

You should have competed. Where did you see will? The show was fun..got to hear a acura that you would not believe. There is a show in Collinsville VA on 4-20-07 and I will be competing at it also. you should bring the tracker and play give me a call tomorrow whenever you get a chance. i logged on the eclipse site, but i'm unable to change any of the measurements. if i'm doing something wrong, let me know.

You had me scared for a week ramos, but the eclipse gave me a boost of confidence I probably won't compete at the glen lyn show. since I am a customer at the shop, I don't want people to think that I will get an automatic win. should be fun to see you,dave and bruce go head to head

I just read the rules, and there is no "requirement" for a crossover. the people that lost points probably did not have easy access to it or the installation was very poor so they lost points.

Mike, follow the link below to answer question 1 about the crossover/eq and question 2 concerning the alarm http://www.soundoff.org/rules.htm select the format that you plan on competing in and you will find the answers. as for the install pic...I have never seen or heard a car with that type of setup. most trunk cars,including myself, have the subs facing the rear of the trunk. if you have 2 seperate enclosures built, put them on each side in the back and see if you like it. if not, reposition the subs to another location. Hope this info helps!

oh, i see. nothing is wrong with the sq part of meca. it's one of the funnest formats out there. they are judging 2 additional songs this season so this should be interesting. cmon jim, compete at the show

as for the autozone show, to the best of my knowledge, they don't have a sq judge yet. I would like for Joe Black to judge it and bring his car, but his car is having problems. Barry,the guy that will be judging the show on 9-3, is a good judge, but i don't know if he has plans on that date. I guess that smoke or chad can talk to him at the show. if they don't have sq, i will not be going. there is a usaci show in danville va on 10-15-06 that I will be going to. never competed in that org, but i am going to see how my car will do with those guys. by the way ramos, let's see some pics!! i'm in the process of doing a few more things to mine before next weekend.
