Yep, its Ryan. 9.5's I have a pair of dark red Georgia lace up Roper's that need a home. They are 10 1/2 W though. I have had them for 15 years and only wore them a hand full of time's. Let me know if you want them. I would buy they are a little to big. Thanks for the offer though.

I've got 2 pairs of boots I need to get rid of, one should end up in the trash, and the other pair will probably end up at the goodwill store.

Step by step, man. Take it easy the first couple of times. Happened to me too, but the pain was noticeable only when going upstairs. Working on it. I think I started out at a little to fast of a pace for what I am doing.

Hips and knees are hurtin, popped some ibuprofen so maybe that'll help. Its been years since I ran though, trying to get back into better shape and I live right across from the park so I'm hoping I can keep running in the morning.
