What part of the country are you going to?

Dumb question here. What is the best way to get more protein other than protein shakes? I've tried them before and I just almost couldn't stomach the crap. I'm assuming more meat, chicken, and eggs?

I am covered through my parents automatically, it is something around the 10% of their homeowners insurance is what I'm covered for.

I will watch most any sporting event, but I really don't follow any of them. I am a big fan of watching NHL games though (odd I know since I grew up in Kansas, guess its a residual thing from living 0-7 in Michigan). ISSF Shooting, in particular the people I know on the national team, and AMU K-State football .. .. .. NHL NFL And thats about it...

It also depends on what elevation you are at. Less air means you can run a lower octane number.

On my car, I get about 2mpg increase from running 91 octane over 87 octane which pays for the increase in fuel price, but no more. I run 91 on road trips, and 87 when in town, but it really makes no real difference.

I'm sure it'll make it richer/retard the timing with lower octane. My grandparents ran a older Nortstar (10.5:1, asks for 91 octane) on 87 octane for probably 70k miles with zero problems.

I have no doubt that it'll run on 87 octane, just won't have the same power.
