Huh? Oscopes aren't for ears... Of course amusingly I have used one on a cadaver ear, well sort of. Used the scope to look at the response of a measurement laser tracking the motion of the temporal bone. It wasn't a person though, just an ear. oscilloscope not an oscope. i just noticed it has the word oscope in it so i asumed it had something to do with sound. 'O-Scope' is an abbreviation for Oscilloscope. It is a device that allows the signal voltages to be viewed in a graphical form.

Making tags to put on machines about what not to do, simple stuff that annoys me like leaving drill bits all around the drill press, etc, etc. That way when people that don't work down here work on something and don't clean up, I have a right to chew their ass about it since there was a sign and they don't pay attention.

Hmmm, I don't know. Just call around and see what prices are, cherry won't be the cheapest that is for sure. Try and find someplace that deals mostly in hardwoods, they seem to have quite a bit better stuff than a lumber yard that has some hardwood. Also if you don't need that much, call up some cabinet/custom shops and see if they sell cash to individuals. One of the local custom guys keeps oak, walnut, purple heart, maple, and cherry in stock, if you know him he'll sell some to you.

Picked up 27bd feet of Oak for a little project in the shop today.

Was in walmart earlier and saw that they sell 3-D posters of Obama. Seriously?

Went out drinking last night with some friends and one of the roommates, got home and realized that my house keys were sitting on the coffee table and I hadn't gotten a spare made for my other key ring yet... Fuck. The roommate is with his woman on the other side of town, so I didn't feel like calling him. It was nice weather and no bugs so I just reclined the seat back and crashed in the car. This morning found a window that wasn't latched so I popped the screen out and finally got into my damn house.
