I also have a grinder in my office so that doesn't help.

I try to limit my daily caffeine content to just one good sized instant cup of coffee in the morning before I leave.I do have a soda in the morning sometimes but thats about it for me. I limit mine to one mug. As in one container of it, refilled at will.

Depending on how the weeks fall it can really suck.

I mainline coffee at those times.
