You know how much I love getting mail...I feel like a little kid in the candystore when mom says you can choose something. However...I am asking you to please do not deliver my mail until you have my student loan check to give me. My hopes soar everyday when I hear you clank around opening the mailboxes, and everyday...my hopes are dashed when I find that you have delivered me other articles of mail besides my loan check. I really would like to go out and buy a new laptop. Yours truely, C.

Not all of them no, Got tired and wanted the door panels back on. Going to get some plexi from work and seal the rest of 'em up this week. The door panels come off in under 20 seconds so thats not a problem at all. eww purple interior. Nope, burgundy/redish color.

Plus I'm a glutton for punishment apparently.

Bought the wiring harness at the local stereo shop and made a comment that I was working on a Cadillac when asked and the manager made the comment, 'Most GM's are a 24pack, Cadillac's are at least a 30pack..." Why no kicks? Just curious...definitely looks like you've got the real estate for 'em. Now I have never claimed to know wtf I am doing on something like this so keep that in mind. Yes, the windows do roll down with the MLI's in there.

Class starts tomorrow and I really have no idea where/when my classes are or if I even have paper to write on, but then seriously, its the first day of class. I've gone to weeks worth of class and not taken notes, what'll be different about tomorrow?

Things done on the Caddy. 1/0 ran to the trunk 3 pair of Knu RCA's ran to the trunk 4 pair of speaker wire ran from trunk to up front Wiring harness figured out and put together MLI's mounted in doors Doors deadened MLI's wired up Passenger side floor deadened some Things to do: Make dash plate to mount HU in. Take dash pad off and mount Fostex in there... that'll be hell. Make an amp rack Wire amps up Tune Enjoy Drink more beer.

Still trying to figure out how the hell I'm going to get the power wire from the battery through the firewall...

Mine expires in 2 weeks...

it's actually not a T-47 bolt, it's something completely unique that GM came up with the best way to handle them is to hammer the T-47 in nice n snug though Yea, they are a complete pain in the arse. Whatever engineer came up with that deserves a kick in the nuts.

Needless to say the very first strip of deadening I put on I sliced my finger open...

I drove around like that for three months or so. Dave beat me though, he drove the Camry with the entire floor deadened and no carpeting down, it was a rolling mirror I was going to just take the passenger side seat and crap off but I have been debating on taking everything out and using the remaining deadener on the floor and possibly ordering more for the whole floor, but I'm not there yet...

Found a T-47 Torx for unbolting the seats so that should go fairly well.

Pulling the dash off will be interesting... I'm saving that till I get everything else done.

Didn't realize how much I used the arm rest on the door until I started driving it without any door panels on.
