Feeling cheap tonight, teh roomies picked up two 18 packs of 18oz Keystone...

Basically the whole night has just been one thing getting f'ed up after another, but I've got a beer, more on the way, and women coming over for a little while so its looking up.

Went and ate at applebees tonight, got a table and hadn't even seen our waiter in 10 friggin minutes to even get water to drink, and as right before we were getting up to leave someone got seated right beside us and they were helped instantly. The waiter had even been by the god damn table too, so we went next door and ate and happened to get excellent service there. fuckers.

Note when I say that I mean even more of a hick than my usual...

I have got to look like the biggest hick ever... I am drinking a PBR pounder, wearing cowboy boots, jeans, no shirt and have a friggin hat on that says national day of the american cowboy is July 26th...

I'd go typed and signed and make copies. You'll be lucky if anything gets done without you having to harass. Sounds good to me.

Which would be better, to have the tenants give the landlord a list that is neatly written out (lettering, easily readable), or giving a typed one?

Just got back from there, I went over with a pad of paper, pen, maglight, and made a list of everything that needs to be addressed ASAP, it is roughly one page long...

Went to a friends 'new' house to move her in, there wasn't even an attempt to clean the damn house. First impression was Not good. No attempt to sweep, vacuum, clean any cobwebs, clean sink or fridge, windows, anything. There are going to be some issues arise.
