All I really need is a head unit, I've got an old US amps 2ch sitting in my room, FF85k's sitting on a shelf and some MIL-6.5's. The hardest part is gonna be getting the Fostexs installed. Later when I have more $$$ I can do the substage and more deadening.

Found and ordered a dash kit for the Cadillac.

What head unit would you guys recommend for a kinda budget 'sq' build in the Cadillac (like to keep under 1k), I want time alignment, 3-way crossover would be nice, CD player, and FM radio.

I think I'm going to have to take the dash off of the Cadillac in order to sink the FF85k's in there, and not is not a very appealing option though I suppose I'll probably go ahead and plan on doing that once I get all the hardware.

Yea, I'm not even 21... I didn't realize, in MN you aren't allowed in liquor stores when you aren't of age. Normally they card everyone and we didn't go where I 'normally' would have gone. Hmmm, doesn't matter here in Kansas... They didn't care about me this trip and I turn 21 in a month and a half so its all good. They didn't say anything when we went either. I've never been given grief in a liquor store, I've found that when you ask intelligent questions about the brews they tend to not care.

Thinking I basically need to gather up the materials, some extra money for beer and chicken as a bribe and go visit the crew on the east coast.

Just have to figure out how the hell I'm going to bastardize the FF85k's into the front dash without taking the entire thing off and not tear it up.

Really thinking about doing IB in the rear deck for the sub stage...

Either run a CD player (880 probably) that can do the crossover in the unit and then do a 5ch amp for the front stage and the sub or do the crossovers on a 4ch amp for the front stage and a small monoblock amp for the sub...

How many pigs does he run, and does he just do finishing or farrowing or what?

It sounds like a hell of a winner for the Cadillac but I'm still not sure on how I want do do everything. I know what I want (FF85k's and MLI-6.5's) but I don't know what I want for hardware.

A great starter film camera would be a Canon AE-1 Program, I learned on one and put quite a bit of film through it and never had a problem at all, they take great photos and are easy to work with.
