Just bought toys for my new computer 'peekas.

I will look a little more into getting a masters then.

Instead of a standard normal 2-way for my new laptop speakers, any opinions on a 2-way using a MLI-6.5" and a 3" Fostex? Both in std ported boxes since I don't need any low end from the fostex, cross it over at 1khz or something using a 1st order? Just throwing an idea out there

If I stay at the university long enough though I'll probably just continue taking classes and slowly work on a masters or second degree since I'll get 3cr hours free (can take up to 6) while a full time unclassified employee. If the job falls through horribly though, I just quit and go back to full time, get a degree and get the hell out. I'll be MTS certified and probably get welding certification so I would be well qualified for another lab technician job or something somewhere else.

Maybe, hate school, love my job though.

Oh hells no, not currently. Maybe later after I already have a BS and still working at the college I'll work on some more classes slowly, but currently with the amount I hate school that wouldn't be cool.

I'm really thinking of switching to mechanical though... Time and this summer will tell.

Don't feel bad Jim, until my junior/senior year in HS (4yrs ago) I was on 33.6 dial-up at home.

Have to study hardcore today, and one of the professors called and needs crap welded before thursday. Friggin asshole KNOWS its finals week and that people are busy, he calls me last night wondering if I can weld today for him. I'll do it, but probably shouldn't.

Not a beer snob, but I do enjoy quality when I can but being in college its to expensive to drink quality in quantity... Oatmeal stout, triple stout, black and tans, some home brew varieties and what not.

Drinking a red ale homebrew, not bad stuff. Friend of mine does some brewing.

Fixed the whole not big enough speaker problem, just hooked up the BIB's.

Still need to fix my Sennheiser HD580's though.

Headphones are great, but sometimes you just need to rock out and need real speakers.

Thinking ported TM config, basic 2nd order crossover nothing fancy, just need bigger 'peekas since I don't have a whole hell of a lot of room.

Will wonders never cease... I have 4 Mach 5 Audio 6.5's sitting here with no use currently. Hate to make a simple 2-way but it looks like thats the plan.
