Mine will need to be squared off which should be easier? Have someone else cut it. You could try cutting it by hand with a diamond wheel on a grinder, but all they do the cutting by hand for is finishing sink cutouts where the edge doesn't have to be polished. I can ask about the polishing and what you need though.

You can cut it with a tile wheel on an angle grinder, then you can polish it with grinders with the right gear as well.

How did you cut/polish the edges of the granite? <--has a granite project It came that way. They cut it on a CNC router, then they have tables and air sanders set up to wetsand the edges. I've got a few more of them circles floating around too.
