Thanks Sean, but no, did not build the filing cabinet, didn't have the time. I broke down and went out and bought one. Yes, they are HD457's, my HD580's are on top of my printer, the headband is still broke on them.

It was one of those builds where I started out knowing I was going to build a desk, then proceeded to hash out all dimensions at the table saw.
