I want to build a pair of Imp horns for the woodshop at home... but I would have to build a entire subframe with handles and heavy duty caster wheels in it for moving... I don't want to have to try to manhandle 400+lbs of speaker...

why do they have to be that big? Those speakers actually require an enclosure that big? That particular design does... Theres a reason that design is called BIB (Bigger is betters).

Last time I built speakers they were over 6't tall though.

Yea, they are kinda tall, only ~30" though.
