Jim, if an edge is over lapping, just use a flush trim bit, two passes with a 1/2" one or a single pass with a 3/4" one works wonders. Sanding will rip up the top layer on the ply.

I want our Chevelle to handle better. Its got some bad body roll. I don't car if it gets any faster, its currently got enough power to get me into trouble, I just want something that'll take corners.
