In my dorm under the desk was the absolute worst spot for the woofer, it was loud in the corner of the door and that was it. I also tried it as a coffee table/foot rest, that didn't work either, absolutely no output. The only place I could get respectable output was corner loaded by my futon. Oh and brace the box more than you think in necessary. Otherwise the box will 'walk' across the floor. It is just one of those things your going to have to try it multiple spots before you will find the sweet spot. I tried about a half dozen spots before I found something I could live with, and I still wasn't entirely happy with it. Be sure to post pics of when you get it installed though.

Its 11pm, I have a bud light and a box of Cheez-Its, and I have to start my physics II homework. Finally got back to the house and now I have to do homework. chit.

But having active capability gives you so much more flexibility in individual components; count it as money you won't be spending on fixed passive Xovers But if you think about starting going active... Don't half-ass it, get what you want at the beginning. It'll cost more money to upgrade than it will to buy what you want outright. Active is kickass....

So yea, got done watching some TV after supper so I was on my way to a friends house to re-glue her rear-view mirror on her car for her... Halfway there I see a guy in a Maroon '69 Chevelle stranded, so I stop and help him out for an hour and a half. Turns out the HEI unit is screwed, take him home so he can get his truck and tow it. Get to the friends house to glue the mirror on, get it to the part where I need to apply the adhesive to the metal tab, turns out there is no adhesive in the tube, packaged empty. fudge. So we went to wal-mart to get some more, she kinda needs the mirror since she isn't that good of a driver anyways. We get to the automotive section and guess what they are out of, of course with the high heat everyone else's mirror has fallen off as well so they don't have anymore. So then I get home and get a beer and toss a football around with the roomie and talk about random chit. So yea, from 9-12pm I did a lot of chit but didn't get chit accomplished.

I don't want to do fricking school, working at a custom wood/metal fab shop would be amazing though.

Second day of classes and they already suck.

imagine the amount of chicks that are majoring in Construction Engineering Technology... I thought most colleges started around the same date and closer to Labor day. Tech doesn't start till Monday I was in Construction Science for a year... The chicks that were in the program here were basically sluts that I wouldn't touch for fear of getting the gift that keeps on giving.

My first semester Geometry teacher could have been a voice-over for Borat, I couldn't help but laugh every now and then whenever he'd say something that was close to a quote from the movie without knowing it... -John I've had some bad foreign teachers (Electronic Materials) but I taught myself that class and got a solid 'B' without taking the final, that class I could understand, but Calculus, I just don't understand at all.

Speaking of chicks... I pucking LOVE the scenery change that happens when classes start... I need to get contacts and sunglasses again.

Sitting, waiting for calc III rec. to start I'm sitting there hoping that I get an American guy as the TA... Nooooo.... In walks this Vietnamese guy, I can understand him, he just can't explain ANYTHING, and seems like an incompetent idiot. fudge.
