  1. The only boat I've ever been on was a flat bottom row boat on a small pond.
  2. fake it I do not know where to get a quality one, nor do I want to put forth the effort to make one myself. I just don't care that much, everyones always 21 at my house.
  3. It sucks not being 21 when all the people I work with are over 21.
  4. *waves*
  5. Whoops, it was tuesday, its now wednesday. Look slike I've had a bit more beer than I thought.
  6. That put a damper on my whole damn outlook of tommorow, thought I had a whole 'nother day to drink beer. fudge.
  7. fudge. To much beer, for some reason I thought it was tuesday.
  8. Oh god, this made me laugh out loud.
  9. Only a 50% chance of rain today *radio just said*, and its raining right now...
  10. I hadn't either, had to look closely to see what they were saying, black text and a black background makes it kinda hard to read.

Its vented out the top... Sub, SUB, SUB?!?!?!? Who needs a stinking sub, that driver will go up to 8khz.
  13. Screw carrying them, I backed up onto my lawn and to the front porch, stood them up off the back of the truck onto the porch and then used a barrel cart.

Thats the roommates TV. Mines the old 27" CRT in the basement, and these speakers won't fit in the basement.

These speakers completely utterly dominate, with the space they take up and the low end they pump out. They get painful loud with UNDER 100 watts, I'm powering them with an ART SLA-1 amp and I can't turn it up all the way, I can't take it. The low end on these is just unreal, feel it in the chest, in the floor, in the walls, its just nuts. I don't think they turned out to bad for the build time being roughly 24hrs (that includes sleep)
  16. Got the BIBs hooked up in the upstairs. Oh My God.

Sure, for a low power requirement.

The second one is complete, have to wait till I move them to get pics of the pair. It looks like a barrel cart is going to be the best option to move these coffins.
  19. Top for me!
  20. They get loud off of an old junky Rotel receiver with the volume on 3/10 and I don't think it puts out that much power anyways. I only had the FM radio to listen to stuff on though, didn't have a CD player, couldn't find my MP3 player so I was stuck with the rado. Still has some serious low end though
  21. Its 2am now, been working on the BIB's since roughly 1am, got the second one all glued up and its drying in clamps now, have to cut the front baffle and glue it on and it'll be ready to go (minus some polyfill that I currently don't have).
  22. If the voltage drops low it will lower the power output, but if it drops to low theres a good chance of your amp becoming a paper weight.
  23. As long as your voltage dosen't drop low you won't fry the amp. As for the speakers, as long as you keep your head out of your arse you will be able to tell when they are screaming for mercy, if they do that, turn it down.
