Currently I have no plans for finishing. That is the part I hate the worst about building anything. It might be stained, it might be painted, it might be carpeted in fake fur (not joking about this either), or it might be roll on bedliner. Haven't really decided on it yet.
  3. Pics up in the home audio section for anyone who needs to kill some time.

Heres some pics of my build of BIB's for the Eminence 12LTA driver and a Fostex FT17 tweet. It takes 5 sheets of ply for the two enclosures, 6'3"x20"x30" rough dimensions. On to the pics
  5. Got one of the BIB's done, waiting for the glue to dry on the front baffle then going to stick the 12" in 'er and try it out. This thing is fricking huge, and now I don't know wtf I'm going to do with it. I'm begining to question my sanity Uploading pics now and making a thread so be onthe lookout for the pics.
  6. Thanks for the info Ryan1!
  7. Throw 2 sealed MAW 15's in there. One sealed gets LOUD in my basement off of music....
  8. Working on the BIB's. I'm about 3/4 of the way through completing one of them, these things are HUGE. Going to take pics of them too for you Tom.
  9. Anyone got some extra power/ground wire laying around? I need to rig my USA-400 into a truck for a parade and I don't have any wire for it. This is a temp (~5hr long) install to power my big arse BIB's in the back of a truck. So I need 15ish feet or something of power/gnd wire, probably 4ga or thereabouts. Anyone got any?
  10. Ok, got a question. What is the point of HD-DVD and Blu-Ray DVD? A good upconvert DVD player will upconvert to 1080p standards and isn't that what HD DVD and Blu-Ray play at? So if you have an upconvert DVD player that'll do 1080p wouldn't having HD or Blu-Ray be a pointless gesture?
  11. If all were running at the same time it would be one hell of a fuel bill, but there is never more than 2 or three implements running at one time.
  12. Roughly 144 cylinders, all in vehicles that run and move, I probably forgot a couple here and there but its close.
  13. Extremely Sexy.
  14. Thats all I can think of off the top of my head.

  20. Shall I start couting the cylinders we have here on the farm??
  21. It all depends on what you want. I suggest reading the manual if you can't figure it out, it'll tell you peak voltage, true RMS, relative dB levels, it'll calculate audio power (you tell it what the impedence is), and other cool stuff. If you just want to tell when clipping is all you need to see is the waveform.
  22. Eh, I got a DMM with mine so I guess it evens out.
  23. Same as what mine looks like, didn't get the fancy carrying case though
  24. pucking chit. Had plywood in the back of the truck, pucking rain popped up right over us and poured. God damn it. fudge me.
  25. Camera is acting up. so no pics.
