  1. What is it Jim??
  2. Work... Blah
  3. What it looks like to me...
  4. This is my for chits and giggles try to break something build. Wanted a project to do over spring break and came up with this. If it works out and the box turns out halfway decent I'll probably just try to sell it and make a little bit of money. If I don't like it, it'll go into my growing pile of old projects.
  5. Its DD's reccomended box, so I said what the hell, why not? I'm not sure on how its gonna work, but for a 30 dollar sub, 20 dollar plywood, and a 17 dollar amp, I won't be outmuch if it all fails. Yea, it'll prob be 'stone paint.
  6. I might just paint it... Not sure, I suck at carpeting.
  7. if the WTF was in reference to me... http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/i...ic=7638&hl=
  8. It looks pretty nice from the pictures
  9. Heres some pictures of my current work in progress. It is a downward firing, (port to the side, might build another one with port up too) for behind the seat in an Ext. Cab 89 S-10. A DD 1008 is going in it powered by my USA-300 and my epicenter if I get around to hooking it up. This box was/is built for taking up a minimal amout of space and because I have this stuff laying around doing nothing. The box is around .8 cubes tuned to 40hz. On with the pictures
  10. Use a table saw...
  11. *pics pending on my DD 1008 enclosure*
  12. I want to do 8's in door pods in my truck... I'm not to fond of the bottom part of the door panel so I want to cut it off and do some fiberglass work to put 8's in there. I don't like the idea of kicks cause thats where my feet always are and I'd end up breaking something.
  13. I was thinking about that, but my other train of thought was just do it all then put a couple coats of poly on top to keep all the numbers there and be done with it. But I think I'm going to scrap my idea, I started at 7" and I'm only at 10.5 or so.
  14. Marking out holes for my circle jig is dull and boring. Using a caliper for the measurements from the center point for circles with 1/8" intervals... Better work when I'm done damnit.

  16. No, apparently your to good at fishing and don't loose enough.
  17. Got the chevelle out again today, bleed the brakes, now she actually stops when you push the pedal down. Forgot that it'll set it sideways if you mash it from a stopsign, 'twas fun. Working on a ported box for my DD1008 for my S-10. It'll be around .8 cubes to 40hz. Be a fun little play toy if my USA-300 amp actually works.
  18. Steve: I thought I remembered you saying awhile ago you would like some of the TC radiators for your uber woofer in the house... http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=219729
  19. The 85 amp alternator might have something to do with it...
