The headphone jack on the mp3 player is having slight issues... I'm to lazy to crawl under my desk and swap out my hadphones for regular speakers on my computer so I just pulled out the mp3 player. You have to be pretty careful moving it around, otherwise the connection in the player goes screwey and crackels, its had alot of use though. Its a Rio Carbon, 5gig HD. It is pretty small, 'bout the size of my palm and maybe 3/8"(?) thick. I like it, and don't wanna replace it, but the time is comming. I find it kinda funny, I'm using a little mp3 player but wearing my cheapo sennheiser HD 457 headphones, they are one HELL of alot better the the crappy ipod earbuds. I'm rambling again...

My grandparents always commented how nice it was when I played the trumpet to have a musician in the family. They also said they were glad that I changed my original major from EE to architectural engineering, I haven't told them yet I'm now officially a EE....

I've always wanted to learn to play the guitar, haven't yet though. I use to play the trumpet though...

I was quite impressed with the peerless drivers. They sound pretty good, and work well in smaller enclosures like kicks and such Hmm, that just about made up my mind...

It's not critical, but it may be nice having them relatively close in transconductance. Some people place way too much emphasis on tube matching, when in fact, close is usually good enough. Cool, thanks for the info man!

Since I'll be getting 2 of them, is it worth it to get the "Matching" test done for an extra 2 bucks??

Just take your time, stretch out everything well so you don't get wrinkles, drink lots a beer while waiting on the resin to dry. Beer + resin buzz = fun times I shall take your advice to heart good sir.
