havent used the treos yet. one has a tear in the surround but its not bad. im just picky/weird about using used equiptment cause i dont know where its been

i have a set of 18 inch treo ssx's and im really thinking about buying some smd 18s. should i use the treos or buy the smd's? OR should i use the $ and buy something else. for power right now i have a saz3500, and i have access to a diablo hellfire 8000/1. the car is a 07 magnum with about 15-16 cuft....gross dimensions...b4 port and subs some one please help

Nope They're 7's.. i have 4 sets of these..the woofers are running off at sundown 100.4 and the tweeters off a 50.4. this set up sounds very good and honestly most of the time i dont even use my subs...dont realy need to. very loud and clear...great products and not very expensive

not sure what subs yet WTF!!!!! its pretty clear to me 2 mayhems and 4 2500s. the 1 subs sounds great and im not a big fan of the sound the 4500 gives. i picked up the 3500 because the 2k sounded good and they all come from the same build house..the 45 comes from another. problem solved

buying stuff from a store like jl rockford kicker alpine u get charged for theyre advertising which is big money. there is a shit ton of mark up but they dont like to give discounts because thats were the salesman get paid. if u bought like a sundown sa 12 or ascendant arsenal or chaos or a fi ssd, ur goin to them. theres no saleman and no advertising so u get a better product for less money or maybe the same. example a jl 12w3 sells for anywhere from 200-280. fi sells a ssd 12 for 170 and will play much louder and sound just as good if not better. imo check into one of those subs and u'l bee much happier. i changed from 4 12w3v3s and a jl 1000/1 with a jl 450/4 to sundown and ascendant products and now the largest jl dealer in the country is looking into picking up both products. The 3500 will be plenty for those Havocs. Just make sure they see clean power and set your gains right. Wiring below 1 Ohm for daily isn't the smartest thing in the world to do and it voids the warranty. I love the doors! Yea i know goin to .66 is bad usually i dont have any experience with the saz line so idk. But i run 2 havocs and they suck on over 1500 watts each every day Though i should probably point out that i am running sealed. Also it is going to put out a little less power at 1.33 than its rated 3500 i am sure it will still sound rediculous though even when i had mine sharing a single 1500 they got pretty beastly im pushin/testing the 100.4 to. its at 1.33 stereo

the 3500 is at .66 but i have 5 optimas and a decent alt. it gets a bit warm but only when im into the volume. i gotta get it more ventilation. im also rebuilding the box this week. needs more port and thicker baffle. the sub furthest to the front of the car is continuously blowing out and breaking screws. what u guys dont see is the 50.4 running 8 tweeters and the 100.4 on all the woofers. ill have the panels put in tonight and have pics up tomorrow. but no flex videos till the new box is done.
