Any plans for a beefy 6.5?
Been looking around not many people make a beefy 6.5 woofer, which could be used for many different purposes. Myself I am working on just a random project of (2) 6.5 woofers in a ported enclosure for my garage. But would love to see some Sundown 6.5s I could get for my office to replace my huge sub that takes up too much room. So any chances this has been thought about or being worked on?

Let me know what you want in the Sig and yes I can make one, I am going to make one for myself first As for any other brand wallpapers all I need is a CLEAN HIGH resolution version of the logo, either EPS or AI format will work. And then I can get cranking on something for them.

Yeah your monitor is probably smaller than 21" width, if you want it in a smaller size just PM me or respond here I will make a smaller one.

If you can get me the SSA logo clean like an EPS or AI file, which is vector format then yes I can make a SSA one.

So after getting a hold of a clean logo for sundown, I was working on some other things when I just got an inspiration to do something creative. So I spun up some BT laptop symphony and ripped this out. If anyone wants a high res version 1920x1080, just let me know. probably do some more later, just got lots of house work to do today and I am procrastinating! LOL

Sundown Audio T-Shirts
Ok, I will be ordering one of the ones on the right, but it will have to wait till next week. Unemployment is a ***** and my funds are limited till then.

SA12 Enclosure
Did a little testing and found placing the sub pointed up yielded a better response, also got the carpet in so I carpeted the box, bottom board and the supports that hold it in place. Overall very happy with the results, more bass, more lower end bass, LOTS more SPL and I saved room in the hatch.

Sundown Logo

Sundown Logo
Anyone have the sundown logo in vector format, such as .eps or .ai? Would really like to cut my own decals in the color I use for my car and I could retrace it but that would take a bit of time

SA12 Enclosure
Well it's all done, got everything setup and just need to work out some time to do testing and what not. Sounds much better than my previous subs, and louder, expect it to get better as the sub breaks in. Carpet comes in Monday, so it will be all nice and clean matched up then.

SA12 Enclosure
Yup did all the final sanding minus the top since I am waiting for the sub to arrive before putting that on.

SA12 Enclosure
Already built the box, so here is what I made, granted its NOT PERFECT, hell it's been over 8 years since I have built a box but it came out pretty good for me never ever building something like this before. Leaving the top off till my SA12D4 gets here which should be Wednesday or Thursday. Will be running my JBL amp at 2ohm mono rated at 1150 watts in 2ohm. Cannot wait to hear this thing! :rofl2:

SA12 Enclosure
Sad that in this day and age of Car Audio people charge for simple help. Heck when I was full blown azzholez to elbowz competing I would help a total stranger rewire an entire car or more just simply to help someone. No worries if I have to pay someone for something I will just go find someone local to build the damn thing. Unemployment is a bitch and I am trying to sell things just to pay for the new sub, so yes as stupid as it may sound $10 to me matters right now. I have looked at the RE calc and again my stupidness in the math department prevents me from understanding it properly but thanks. *Edit*How did I do all those things? Simple 2 12s, 1 big amp, 1 CRX and a simple box 29x29x14 with 4 - 4" aero ports 12" long, burping at 48Hz like a champ! 2002 WF setup (also the first car to qualify and take RE subs to db drag finals) - Before the RE's -

SA12 Enclosure
So I am going the way of Sundown for a single 12 in my Honda Fit. However my skills as far as enclosure design for ported are poop. My maximum external dimensions are 38"Wx18"Dx21"H, I would like to keep the enclosure as small as possible on the Width side, my current dual 10 ported box is 27"W. I also would like to shoot for 2 cuft after displacement, tuned at 30-33Hz. I have all the tools/skills to build the box just lack the mathematical skills to actually calculate it up (yeah sad i know). Anyway if anyone would be kind enough to simply do me up a box and post a pic/diagram so I can have a cut sheet I would be very grateful. I should have a SA12 D4 in the next month and I would like to have this built and carpeted prior to getting the sub, as long as I can get the cut out diameter of the SA12 D4. thanks
