Im gonna glass all the corners to ensure a proper seal but im trying to stay away from glassing too much inside the box. i want it as smooth as possible. I'm not sure what could be any smoother then fiberglass. resin is smooth. mat is not.

well i got a little more done today. I seemed to have kinda hit wall (no pun intended) on how to make all the angles match up right. i had boy wonder (CcnncC) come over to help me out. We built the front 2x4 frame that the front baffles will attach to and fit the batteries in also. Not huge progress but I have a better plan now atleast. heres a few pics. Here is where i was having problems visualizing how to make this come together. should get it finished tomorrow i picked up two 145Ah powerware batteries from RAM designs to add to the couple batteries i already had. In the back now i have 2 rebadged group 34 dekas, 1 group 31 deka and the 2 powerwares. thats about 500Ah of reserve for now. i have room for more in the future if needed. Once i make all the trim panels fit right and make a few new ones it will all kinda blend. im not sure what marerial im wrapping everything in. maybe black suede. A few of the factory panels trimmed and placed just to see how its gonna lay out. . Well thats it for today. maybe more tomorrow.

The SSA DCON 10s would do well sealed and they are very affordable.

That is a good idea. i have a 6 year plan on my wifes truck through firestone. but the camaro will maybe see 500 miles a year. i may just set the tow on the camaro and call it good. well see how it drives in the end

well heres what happened today. Replaced the rack and pinion. i was driving it last week and the seal blew out. i ordered a refurb unit from The rack Dr. install was pretty straight forward. a little research goes along way. Heres some pics. The old leaky unit Success old unit and new match perfect new unit installed. also installed new tie rod ends just cus it would be stupid not to. steering wheel is a little off but it needed an alignment anyway. more so after all the weight in the rear gets added.

If I remember right, it did a 150.x @ 25 hz lol. Broke the windshield very quick. wheres the build log for that mark

i will see soon enough. just dont think i can get enough volume ported to do all three 18s

welllllll not even one step forward and 10 steps back. today i replaced the rack and pinion and tie rod ends, took it around the block to check alingment, fuel pooring out of the back of the car. aparently when i was drilling some welds on some brackets in the back and i must have punched through a pressure line and into the tank. now i need a new gas tank. on a brighter note i dont need new shocks. it has new ones and new eibach springs. hmm just seems very soft when i push down on it. And really to top is off i cant fit 3 18s. FFUUCCKK!!!!!!!

Well the wall is pissing me off. So I'm gonna work on some other issues that needs addressed. The rear shocks are blown an need replaced, the rack and pinion also is toasted. That's what ill be working on today
